I had a great experience with Southgate Honda Service Center. They fixed all known items and made me aware of a warranty based repair that thankfully was fully covered. I’m grateful for Sal’s advisement and for his team’s great work. I would for sure work with them again. All this and they also provided a loaner to cover my time without the vehicle. Thanks Sal and team!

Brought my Civic in because the AC was not working and Sal & team went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and were very friendly. Definitely telling all my friends and family to come here and to especially ask for Sal!! Thanks again!

Went in today with my mom to see if her battery was OK cause she said her car wasn't starting. Told them it was probably cuz the door was left open all night and the battery light was on. The man told her that it could be a number of things so they took the battery to the back. It took a while til someone came to talk with us and said the battery was fine. They told my mom she needed to bring her car up and they would look it over for $140 hr to see what was the problem. I told my mom let's go. It took them forever to just check a battery and they want her to look at her car for $140 and take forever to find something that isn't ever wrong with her car cuz when we got home and put it back in the car it started right up. So beware of Honda with your elderly parents cuz I believe if I hadn't been there they would of tried to take advantage of my mom.I will never do business with them ever again and I'm so sorry I purchased my car there. Also somehow they have my mom's and my account together and we bought are car's many years separated. I will never buy another Honda from Gente Honda on Eureka in Southgate MI again and I will be call the BBB.

I went to change the oil at this place to my CRV. I think they left the Front Engine Splash Shield not well tightened or didn't put all screws then, It has fallen while I was driving on the high way travelling to Texas. I contacted them ( Cody ) through a friend of mine and He was very supportive. He gave me another one. I'd advise everybody who will do oil change to check on your car before your leave the service center to make sure the oil has been changed the splash is well tightened with all the screws in it. the tire rotation is done and all the services listed in the report are perfect.Thanks Cody for your help.
