They don't know how to answer the phone even member services been on hold for 20 minutes one time 45 minutes !

Parking lot and landscaping is ALWAYS littered, unswept, dirty. Have the cart retrievers pick up trash as they get carts, contract Taylor city street-sweepers to clean the lots sometimes at night, power wash the entrance/exit cement several times a year.

Love them good pay just don't like the point system long hours to work even the holidays helpful
