Edit: In response to the business, it has nothing to do with the inconvenience. It has to do with the reckless and unsafe driving. Your driver didn't even what for traffic to clear or a larger opening, rather simply cut across into oncoming traffic abruptly. Your hand wave reply denying responsibility for this is not acceptable.Your tanker driver is absolutely horrible. In the Richmond area he decided to not wait for oncoming traffic to clear but to aggressively dart into the opposite lane forcing four of us to have to slam on our brakes so that he could back up into a business. Instead of waiting in his Lane of traffic for the opposite traffic to clear he decided that just because he's in a semi truck he can bully everybody out of the way.

Sales guy calls my place of business last week saying, "just to let you know we are still for business, if you need anything please let us know,Fast forward 1 week we order some masks and and other items( spray lubricant PB blaster) as we are essential workers, same guy calls 1 day before arrival stating "we only ordered masks for our drivers, your order won't be here until May". After confirmation yesterday form store it will ready for pick up. 1 star is for call back.
