I went into the Southgate looking for parts to repair my hot tub. The gentleman behind the counter shiwed great customer service, thwy did not sell the clamps I needed .so be dug through thier tool box and gave me two of the clamps I needed.This sbowes they are willing to go above and beyond in customer service.they now have my business for as long as I have a spa.

Can't go wrong with this place. Super helpful and knowledgeable. I knew almost nothing about the pool that came with the house my husband and I bought and these guys have been awesome in helping me keep it running in tip top shape.

Went in and asked how much case of Chlorine was $21..he said it was stronger..so I bought one .Got home its the same strength that I brought at POOLTIME for $17..HE LIED..WONT GO BACK!

Excellent service. Staff was very attentive and able to answer all of my questions regarding pH level, doses of chlorine to use and service items that they carried for my pool. Have been going to tho location since the 1970's and have always used their service.. we bought our first pool here in the early 80's and have been loyal customers ever since.

Gary at Pool town in Southgate, Michigan is one of the best in the business. I’ve been in retail for 30 years. He is very knowledgeable about pools and spas .if you are interested in a pool or hot tub there is only one place to go. Pool Town Southgate. If you need supplies for your pool he’s got it .

I went in to look for a hot tub to fit our small space and our budget. Gary was absolutely fantastic. He helped us find a hot tub that was a perfect fit and had all the features we wanted plus some and still fit in our budget! He even took the time to explain everything to us from setup to maintenance schedules! Delivery was suprising quick and our tub is now up and running! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff and store. Gary Ballard (Southgate Location) goes above and beyond for us time and time again. Gary opened up the store for us on a Holiday to get us a fuse to quickly fix our pool heater issue. He knew we were having a party that day and wanted to make sure we had a great time with our guests pool experience. He also sent us a video on how to fix the problem. He really care about his customers. Thanks Gary and pooltown!

Pool Town in Southgate, in my estimation, should be your first stop for pool supplies. Friendly knowledgeable staff, very helpful. I'd also like to point out one staff member in particular, Rob. You couldn't ask for a more people friendly person to help you with your swimming pool needs. Thanks Rob for going above and beyond.

In the past 5 years we have purchased a Doughboy AGP, a Dream Maker Spa and a Hayward Heater. Each time we've added, there was only one place to go. Pool and spa ownership can be intimidating, especially if you are a novice like me. I cannot overstate the importance of finding a store to not only sell you high quality products but to serve as a guide for the intricacies that come with pool ownership. Gary and his team nail this aspect. We ran into an issue with our new spa recently, it happens. I called Pooltown and spoke to Gary and by that evening I received a call from the warranty contractor. Unfortunately due to the demand, it was going to be a few weeks before we could get an appointment. Given the time gap, Gary ordered a replacement package and came to my home and personally swapped out the bad unit. It really was a testament to finding a partner that will go above and beyond to keep us running.

Pooltown to the rescue !! We recently purchased a home as first time pool owners and the gentleman who opened up the pool positioned the unlabeled valve in the wrong position for a week. After speaking with Gary and exchanging photographs he sent me straight, filtration was underway and the water was cleared up in no time. It was a process but the team at Pooltown walked us through it. A week later I can count the holes in main drain @ 12'

The PoolTown in Southgate has repeatedly given me extremely good service. Gary "The GOAT" Ballard has an exceptional crew that never leaves a customer unsatisfied. To mention a few, Ryan, Bass, Erik, & Meghan make going to PoolTown such an enjoyable experience. I have seen first hand some customers, AKA "Karens", who are so unreasonably rude to this all star crew and they always say the right things to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their experience. Let them help you get your pool right the PoolTown way!
