Oil change is good. Suggested to change my air filter but doesn't have part in stock. I eventually changed the filter myself and found out they didn't put back the filter cover correctly.

Always very professional and quick. They make sure you know if there is anything that should be fixed, but do not pressure you to do it. I faithfully take my vehicle here for service.

Needed an oil change, casually chose this place but will never go anywhere else. While they did the oil, they checked all the stuff but they also washed the windshield... I'd never had that before, thought that was great but then he pointed to a chip! I had no idea it was there and if he hadn't washed the windshield (as no one else ever did when I take it other places), he wouldn't have found it. He then asked for my car insurance slip, which felt funny because he's not a cop, and he said my insurance covers 9 chip fill-ins a year so he got out a handy dandy device to fix it and within ten minutes it was done! I expected to have to pay for it and be reimbursed by the insurance company but he didn't charge me! He said he would charge the insurance company! So convenient!
To top it off, they didn't even try to sell me an air filter!!!
10/10 experience, 5 stars

I have been coming here for 3 years or more. Norm and Carlton are superb to work with and they treat me and my vehicles fantastically. Both are Honda products which I plan on keeping for many years. You can trust Love-day’s!!!

After breakfast my lovely server Elise told me this was the place to go and I drove 18 minutes on her recommendation. Service was friendly and very fast. Nobody tried to push me to buy anything and the cost was very reasonable. Will go here again!
