The owner try charging me 210 dollars to switch my service to metro. When the phone supost to be free and only need to pay bill and activation. And he said no he need to charge for case. So I went to ecorse and only got charge the right amount of 83 dollars never go here

They are not honest,the girl that works in there tried making my mother and I pay more money a month to add me to her family plan but then when I called over the phone to a metro customer service representative they informed me that she was not telling the truth and the owner of that metro store. Does that kind of stuff to get more money, so I recommend everyone not to go to this location.

I purchase a T-Mobile revvl v yesterday the guy sold it to me for $199 I looked at Metro's online pricing it sells for $119 he overcharged me $80 I would definitely not recommend Metro to anybody after this experience I have been with them for over 15 years probably closer to 20 never had a problem until yesterday I've been a loyal customer but I'm going to do everything I can to discourage anybody from doing business with Metro

The worst possible customer service around.Got loud with my wife and when she answered questions about my 10yr Olds phone he cut her off and tried to address my 10yr old. Super unprofessional. Can't say anything good about them. Highly suggest to do your business elsewhere.
