I left sprint years ago. Ive been dealing with this metro pcs for years. My mother went to another pcs store. And paid more money for a phone then she was suppose too. Manager at southgate metro pcs called that store and made them give my mother, the money she was over charged. Good honest store. All you can ask for!

Have come here three times today to try and discuss this transferring severallines to Metro by T Mobile. At 1:59 pm, 2:30 pm and now at 3:30pm. The store hasn’t been open with a back in 25 minutes sign. Disappointing, will try a different store tomorrow with hopefully more luck
