Avoid at all costs. EXTREMELY unprofessional & RUDE. AAA needs to cancel their contract with them. AAA tried to send them out to me twice. The guy explained that he didn’t want to come to help because I was too far. Then why did you take on the job?!

The tow company I had an unpleasant experience with should be avoided. They acted in a highly unprofessional manner. Upon contacting them, they assured me that they would arrive within 20 minutes, yet I ended up waiting for an entire hour. My tow was abruptly canceled without any prior notification, and their complete non-responsiveness over the phone is truly disappointing. It is my strong recommendation that this particular tow company is not recommended.

3/29/23: Have you ever encountered an ignorant, biased, A-H fool whom demanded you to walk over 900 feet to the back entrance of a large complex and "manually" open an "electronic" gate? That's what the driver MIKE wanted my husband to do. My husband refused, and told him to use the front entrance, so he can come through the "electronic" gates.After experiencing Mike's continuous, unacceptable demeanor, my husband refused to permit him to take my mother's car because he did not trust him to transport the car to a different location. A full report about him was reported to AAA and the two employees at the Metro Sales office I encountered. AAA acted immediately regarding our reports and remedied the situation.The following day, another person, Mohamed, arrived and he was able to charge the battery after several attempts.If you have a senior relative who uses AAA and need assistance, ask AAA not to send Mike. I'm glad my mother did not have to deal with his BS demeanor. Thank you AAA, the driver, Mohamed and the first driver who came, but could not charge the battery the first time.

??? Waited 2.5hrs & still never showed after my AAA called them to come out and put my donut tire on my car after a blowout on the freeway, I called them 3x myself and every time was a different ETA ?

Great service, at fair price. Knowledgeable techs and staff. Fixed my alternator quickly and got me out the road within a few hours! 5/5 recommend!

My van broke down, and the insurance company sent this place to tow it from Flat Rock, down to Monroe. The driver showed up right about when the insurance company said he would, and even called when he was about 15 min out to let me know his eta. He was really careful with my van, and was a super nice guy. I would definitely use this place again (hope I don't need to though)!

I dispatched a tow from AAA to come out and this tow company took 2 hours to come to show up when eat time was 1 hour. When I asked the front desk dispatch for an explanation and at least an apology for them totally obliterating my day, the dispatcher was very rude and did not care. I am a single mother of three that works and goes to school and I needed better correspondence to salvage my family’s errands. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and I don’t recommend using their services.

They arrived quickly to the AAA call, did the job well, and were helpful enough to email me an invoice the next day. Driver got there well before the dispatcher said they would and it would have been a very busy day in very bad weather.Service: Vehicle wrecking

AAA used them for a tow. When they came they didn't verify my I.D. or membership. I gave a the driver a detailed description of the drop off site. He called me at the wrong location then took it to anther wrong location left my keys with a stranger and never verified drop off.When confronted about my car the man in charge told me he won't send a truck to find and deliver the car like he was supposed to. I was so scared i filed a stolen car report. I then had to call the auto shop the locations around it to find my car. I left a complaint with AAA and I'm writing this review now.

Sure wish I could give this place NO stars. They were dispatched by AAA to tow hubby's and my car from an independent garage to the dealership for recall work that the garage couldn't repair. The driver called my husband, claiming that the trip went over the mileage allowance, even though our policy allowed 25 miles, and the two locations were within 4 miles from one another, and wanted $6 to hook up and tow our car. Which wasn't a big deal, except that hubby and I were without a car, bc our only car is the one in question being towed, so neither of us could meet the driver to pay the $6, as was stated to the driver, my hubby only asked how we could pay the $6, and the driver hung up on him, and wouldn't answer hubby's call back, and refused to hook it up without the $6! Someone from the garage that it was being towed from offered to cover to be reimbursed later, and the driver wouldn't take the money. Hubby called Metro Sales and Services, and was met with a painfully rude "gentleman" by the name of Adam on the phone, and after a 10 minute threat ridden conversation,the tow was canceled after 4 hours of waiting for them to retrieve our car, because Metro didn't want to produce the survey and have us give them a negative feedback, but guess what? That's what Google reviews are for! AAA was notified of all this, and the request has been made that they dispatch another company for our future needs. All this over $6! Steer clear of Metro Sales and Services Inc!!!!!!EDIT: They earned one star for one reason and one reason only- a driver named Mike. He is their shining star and saving grace. You'll be a-ok as long as it is he who is dispatched. Our initial an final interactions were with him and not the aforementioned driver, and Mike is just phenomenal.

Had a car towed from Brownstown the driver dropped the car off at the wrong house in someone's front yard on top of their septic tank tried to call no answer for 2 hours had to get another to get my car and deliver it to right address very bad for business never even got an apology from them nor have they reached out to me. Very bad beware stay away. It was only a 5 mile tow and they couldn't get that right. Beware stay away. They should lose their license.Service: Vehicle wrecking
