Hello I been a tenant for almost 4 months now the first week I moved in I told them my tub fixer were leaking really bad put a work order in waited a week no response went into the office and they told me the work order was completed but no one ever came to fix it put a work order in for my AC waited 2 week no response again went to check the work order it said it was completed again no one showed up went to pay the office my rent was told it was sent in got a text today saying I never paid and I have an eviction now and was told when I moved in I had two pay dte and rent only 3 months later they tell me I have to pay water too now but never changed me water the first 2 months something is fishy and it's not right I hope no one else has to deal with the stuff and there pool is not working and the kids park is not safe the slide is broke

I lived here for two years and overall, my experience was okay. The complex is big with a lot of sidewalks for walking and is very pet friendly. The maintenance staff is overworked but they do a good job and always responded to my requests promptly. Here are my major cons:
- You will have a separate bill for water and sewage each month, but what they don’t tell you is that this bill is calculated per building, divided by the number of people in that building and each person in the apartment is charged. So, you end up paying for other people’s water. Sometimes that bill was $75 per month even though my water usage habits didn’t change.
- Before I moved in, I was told the complex is smoke free. This is a lie. In the lease agreement, people are allowed to smoke in the apartment and an unidentified distance away from the apartment that is never enforced. When we first moved in, my entire apartment smelled like smoke and it took 6 months for that smell to go away, though it never did completely. The walls started to bleed within a year because the previous person smoked so heavily inside the apartment
- We paid extra for a “renovated” apartment that was not worth the significant upcharge in my rent. The paint job was terrible, and they painted over tape, earrings, and electrical outlets. Carpet tacks were sticking out everywhere that constantly stabbed you in the foot. I reached out to the office multiple times to get it fixed but it never was.
- The front gate maybe worked for a month total the 2 years I was there. Every time it was fixed, that night someone would drive through it and then it would sit broken for months.
- The front office staff changed a lot over the course of two years. It seemed we had completely new staff and managers every 6 months

My experience was wonderful, I loved the place, everything was very clean and organized, the staff was very attentive, especially Jazmin who gave me the best attention, despite not speaking the same language she made us feel great, we are happy with our new home for me They have 10 super recommended ⭐️

Out of the almost 8+ years I’ve never experienced the rude behavior from the lady in the leasing office! I believe her name is Jasmine, she had a nasty attitude when I would come into the office. She’s very condescending and rude, as if I’m an inconvenience her by asking questions or paying my rent or just stopping in and greeting them bringing them treats. Not sure the other girl name, I believe it starts with a D. she was very polite and welcoming, we would spend 10-15 mins just chatting about our weeks or how our days was!

EDIT!!! Broke my lease and moved out after multiple trips to office to get help. They didn’t care about the living conditions. They also promised to move me to a new unit, but when that came time the property manager who promised to do so got promoted so I was back to square one. I see Maple Village just commented on my review. I’ve been out since March ‘23. My review was up well into the beginning months of my lease when they choose to ignore the situation.Cockroaches. I moved into cockroaches. $1350 a month plus all utilities for luxury apartment cockroaches. Thought signing a lease with most expensive rent in the area would mean I’d stay away from this kind of horror story. Instead I live with roach traps all over and am afraid to invite people over. I’ve kept my cool about it and let them try to remedy the situation, each time walking into office to nicely notify them this was still happening.Office girls say they’ve never had an issue or reports of cockroaches. Managers response was I must have brought them with my uhaul and boxes. (Ummm, I moved in with an air mattress and some work clothes while waiting over a month for my brand new furniture to be delivered.) Orkin has been out twice to terminate. Guess what, they are still coming from cracks and holes in the wall and baseboards in kitchen area. Orkin man says he’s been out to the complex for similar issues, so seems office was not upfront. Moved in May 2022 and it’s still an issue as of late August 2022.Maybe the culprit was the nails and rotting food from previous tenant that was left in garbage disposal and not fixed until almost 2 months after I moved in after multiple service requests and letting office know. Couldn’t use the sink on garbage disposal side that whole time. The one time I did the sink backed up and I created an emergency request for help.Kitchen and Bathroom sinks’s leak water below in vanity cupboard, so everything underneath get wet.Cupboards are all laminate and surface is peeling off. I asked office if this was normal. They said yes and if the jagged edges scratch me I can have them come file them down. Luxury!!Walls are painted with multiple colors in all random places, like the painter ran out of paint on one strip and started new paint and color beside it. Lol.The place was so dirty and grimy when moving in the kitchen towels I used to clean were black and had to be thrown away. No way i’d ever use them after I cleaned up who knows what filth.Only perk was new carpet. Thank God! I can’t image what the previous carpet had to of looked like.I’ll admit they keep up grounds well and looks nice driving by. Tenants do not care. Always trash in the halls. Some people leave their garbage outside there door for multiple days and the smell is horrendous.If you like all of the above, this place is for you!

I was living here almost two years , most of things looks cool1) gym has small and no working equipment on it ,2) waste space for dog park , they can renovate Large scale of gym or kids games park3) parking is good

I lived here about 5 years ago and only reason had to move was , long commute to work . The service was great. Big apartment, clean and great leasing office staff.

I have lived in a few apartments but Maple Village has been the best. Neighbors are pretty quiet, never had any issues with anyone parking in my carport spot, people are friendly when walking their dogs. The community itself has a lot of amenities. I frequently use the pool and it’s always clean and people seem to really enjoy the dog park and it’s nice to see everyone outside! Carlos has been AMAZING when it comes to any maintenance needs. Cora is very upbeat and really interacts with the community. I know they have a lot of resident events which I think is pretty cool and it shows that the office staff cares. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Staff is nice neighbors are loud and park in handicap spot when they are clearly not handicap nor do they have a handicap sticker or handicap plate. Which makes it harder on us that are and need those spots.

Really nice place to live- after living under a slumlord for 2 years at our previous residence we can't say enough good things about this place. I'm even putting off moving in with my boyfriend for another year because it really is a well maintained nice place. Hands down best place I've lived at in the past 5 years

I have chosen this community 3.5 years back and currently living here. The staffs are nice and support requests are handled in moderate to fast speed. Every effort is made by management to keep the community clean and look beautiful during all seasons. One concern I have is with the security & surveillance. The team is currently to making an effort to fix the security gate. It do not work for most of the time or the year during my stay for 4 years and there were few burglary attempts. Security is little bit of a concern, but everything else is great!

First time I do this! They’re so quick to collect rent. But once you have a problem, not so quick to fix it. I haven’t had hot water for 4 days now. Also, I paid my rent for September with a money order and now in January they’re telling me I have to get a new one because it was unable to process and that I owe that month’s rent $500. Good job management ? Very neglecting staff. I’m not sure what they’re doing. Definitely not renewing my lease. Very expensive complex and they don’t even have a kid’s park.
