They are always out of stock on certain medications and you have to wait days for them to get it back in stock. They even told me to have my doctor give me something different well if my doctor wanted me to have something different They would have prescribed something different. I see now why ppl go to these smaller pharmacy.

Great store - guest care and money services are very busy with money services, lottery, and answering phone calls. Guest services lacking! I resent waiting 15 minutes to return coffee while one clerk run multiple non-grocery store related services.

Today while scanning at U scan we used number 21 there was a problem we continued asking for assistance and Alex was rude and started arguing and cussing at us when he knew there was a problem with the machine why not close it instead of telling your customer off then we went to ask for a manager who was wearing a cashier tag he insisted he was manager and was just as rude as Alex again assisting us with attitude rudeness slamming g our bags and saying he can't to nothing about that employee store was full lanes in u scan had lines to the back both sides store workers are rude and don't assist or know anything we were very disappointed and disrespected by these employees I feel the media needs to know that workers are there to do a job not disrespect and belittle customers as nice and convenient this store is to me I will never use again and voice how disgusting the employees are at this location do better Kroger we are your consumers

Do not apply for the credit card that offers an additional 55 cents off gas if you have 100 points. It is not worth the trouble. It does not work. Constantly asks for a pin or is simply not recognized. I am not the first person this has happened to. You can contact the company but be prepared, this will become a repeat action. I hate when a company offers something and it turns out to be a scam.

Kroger often plays an announcement saying, among other things, that their employees and vendors must wear masks. Yet every time I go into the store some employees are wearing their masks over their mouth only or have their mask down below their chin or have no mask on their face at all. I do not feel safe shopping at the store.

If I can give a 0 star, I will. Terrible experience with Southgate Kroger. I got a recall notice on my recent receipt for frozen shrimps and went to return the package next morning. I didn't know the return center does not open until 8am. I heard somebody inside but no one want to come out for service. I took the package with me for shopping and came back for return. The service lady Cathy was having terrible attitude. First, she told me my package was not on the dates. Then why you print out the recall on my recent receipt? Then she told me that Kroger is not like Meijer, do not have customer's purchase history.--really, I can view the history when I logged in my online account. The whole process was terrible and she treated me like a piece of rag. Then I went to check out, the cashier Annette must be Cathy's good friend, giving me strong attitude. She acted like I owned her money or something. She also said the store credit I got is not even 10 minutes, not activated yet. At that point, I have decided never going to that store again. What a terrible morning to start!
