My son's hair got butchered atthe southgate location i paid and tiped like a sucker had to go get it fixed at the allen Park location and they did a great job fixing it but still had to pay and tip again for it to get fixed bc southgate never gave me a receipt

Be aware that if you are using the Great Clip Gift Card as a payment, your favorite stylist may steal the funds from your gift card.When I confronted them, they were unable to refund it. They asked me to call the corporation for a refund. I call the corporate, they collect the info and promise to call me in a couple days, but no call back.

We love this location and Sami Jo! We specifically see Sami Jo due to our son being autistic and needing some extra one on one time. She’s so patient and kind with him and accommodating. She’s never pushy, or rushes us. She just follows my sons lead. We couldn’t ask for a better stylist! Thanks for everything Sami! ?

I met your manager sami today. She needs to work on her people skills, I can't believe how rude she was, I was ready ,had my keys in my hand, to walk out. Yes you have lost a customer. I had a good time all the other visits. Just because she was not happy with what I wanted ,she was so aggravated with me . Never again !!

This location is not very good, they basically did what they wanted to do, did not follow my instructions for my haircut, I asked for product in my hair and the response I got back was "it looks good combed" if I say I want my hair a certain way that is how it should be done.

Not the best place to get your haircut. If you want your hair messed up, they can't even do a lineup on your hair. Had to go to my friend's mom's house to have her straightened it up. Because the lady messed up my hair so bad. I had to get a Barber from a nursing home to fix my hair. Lineup and hair not happy.

Walked in for a haircut for my son and checked in at 1pm she said it will be a 85 minute wait I left came back at 2pm and the girl said the system and corporate kicked me out of the system cause I missed my time? I said I never received a text and neither did my husband saying we are in the Window to come back sooner. They were very rude and made it my fault. Basically an oh well attitude like we didn’t matter so we went to Supercuts and had the best experience which I definitely recommend!

Absolutely awful from on-line check in time being WAY off waiting an additional 20 minutes for the worst haircut I’ve ever had! Girl (never introduced herself) who cut my hair was extremely slow and obviously very inexperienced. Showed photo of cut I was looking for, asked if she could do it - nothing intricate - 1.5 inch off, long layers. What I got was a lopsided, uneven cut with a bunch of random pieces of hair hanging below and she never touched the front of my hair! In addition, was charged full price $20, and not the posted senior citizen price, even though we had extensive conversation about my age. Definitely lesson learned, and will never go to any one of these hack job franchises again and will tell everyone I know JUST DON’T. There are so many better places out there.
