“I was in there over the weekend and Jake was absolutely amazing! I’m new to the app and had no idea what I was doing. Despite being busy he set up my account on my phone from scratch, answering all of my questions with ease. He did all of this with a smile while serving his other customers even addressing them by their first names and exchanging friendly personal conversations. I am thoroughly impressed by his attitude and communication skills. It shows he takes the time to know his customers and is willing to help anybody that needs it.”

“I have been going to this store my entire life! KP the owner always goes out of his way to greet everyone that walks in. The busiest time of day(evening) shift is great, Sarah and Zach always keep the line moving, and always assist each and every customer with a smile! Curt that works midnights has that store down like the back of his hand, and he can tell you almost immediately if they moved an item that you're looking for or if they just happened to be out of stock of something. Honestly, I will only go to this 711 in Southgate(Simply due to the great customer service!!)I see all these comments complaining and anytime Ive heard a loud voice in there, it's due to the customers getting upset over something out of the employees control..Complainers on here should try working customer service jobs, these employees are people too?♀️ Great Store and Staff!!”
