I’ve been comming here for years and do a monthly pass it’s do worth it! Ahmed always wipe my door jams off for me no problem . Free vacuum products and towels to use . They always greet me with a smile today Raymond sprayed my mats off for me :) They are always appreciative of their tips too! I recommend to all my friends and family

I have shared a similar experience with the pushy sales guy for a monthly subscription. I don't go this way often and I told him this and he still kept trying to get me to purchase one... I've decided to avoid this car wash just due to the lack of respect from the car wash tenant.

I was really happy with Downriver car wash. I got the buy one get one free pass this past summer. Recently there is new management and now they don't have towels like they used to and they are not honoring the buy one get one pass.

They are always friendly and professional at Downriver Car Wash. I signed up for the monthly plan a few months ago; I wasn’t sure if it would be worth it but I’ve been very happy I did!

10/10 recommend! Free vacuum & supplies to clean the interior of your car! I showed up with a bucket of supplies in my backseat and didn’t use any of it! In every vacuum section they provide towels, glass cleaner, & multi-purpose interior cleaner for you to use! The exterior wash was great with great service, too! The convenience of it all put this spot above the rest in the area!Services: Polishing

Red is a arrogant crook. Canceled my membership and they keep charging my card. I will be calling bank this morning and will be contacting my friend at Channel 4 next. Terrible customer service is why I canceled. Loved this place prior to the new owners.Do NOT go here. Plenty of better and less expensive places to use.

I recently changed to this convent no hassle car wash. I'm a senior and I found it very easy to use their powerful vacuums. Their washing service is outstanding. And the touch less dryers really dries your car. However, there are workers at the very end to make sure your car is dried off and cleaned to your satisfaction. Plus the workers are very polite and respectful. They say "Thank you" NOT...have a good day as if they are doing you a favor.They let you know that they really appreciate your support, and I like that.

Ive been to lots of car washes in my time, but this place by far has the cleanest environment and the best customer service! Fox was super cool he gave me an air freshener and some cleaning wipes for the inside of my car when I was vacuuming it. And they have free vacuums for customers! Everyone should check this place out.Services: Polishing

Overall, AMAZING service and really good for the price point. I "tested" out a few car washes and ended up opting for the unlimited car washes for a month. Single car wash starts at $7. The unlimited car wash package is $25. All the workers were nice and offered towel drying services for after the wash. They also offer windex and some other things in the vacuum area to help clean out your interior as well. I honestly can't think of a way this could be any better. Fox who is usually there is quick and efficient with service and providing info about their car wash packages.Service: Vacuuming

I stopped today for a quick wash on my way to LP. I was surprised by the price and all the things you get, free vacuums that work amazing. Now I am going to make the drive from Rockwood over there just to use their facilities. Best spot downriver
