I have been a patient here for over 20yrs. I love the techs and nurses and medical staff but I agree on the front desk that they either are not there and not very diligent.

Front office HORRIBLE, will not answer phones and disinterested in patients. Corporate phone number is only a call center, ZERO ability to help with issues. Corporate is unable to escalate any issues. Actual care providers (Dr., RN's and techs) are much more professional.
