Great work Dalton Flooring.
Your fine salesman ( Big John ) and the men in the field that did all of the hard work ( Mo and Louai ) performed with the highest degree. We - Jim and Peggy from Wyandotte just had a large amount of carpeting installed in our home this week.
We are very satisfied in choosing Dalton Flooring for our new flooring needs. Also, they beat other Carpet company quotes in the bottom line.
We highly recommend people whom are in need of new floors, just give Dalton Flooring a call on Eureka Road in Southgate. There are more than one salesman there. I'm sure all of the salesmen on the floor could accomplish a good job for you. We happen to meet John who took care of us as well as personally came to our home to measure the projects dimensions.
Its like having a new home - almost 180 yards of carpeting were installed in less than two full days.

I love this store! I thought selecting flooring would be a simple task and it could be if there were not so much to choose from, and Dalton's has it all! They have an endless selection of LVP, Hardwood Fndoring and Carpet. The sales team are all very competent and super educated in all aspects of various floor coverings. After bringing samples home repeatedly, I finally decided on an absolutely gorgeous LVP that adds style, elegance and sophistication to my living space. Looking forward to my next purchase of carpet for my bedrooms!

We paid $4,500 for work like this, not really sure what else to say...
UPDATE as of 07/13/2024:
After posting this review they did reach out to me to have someone come out and fix it. I added before and after pictures of the fix which was a little bit of sealant and even more wood filler. Since then I've been called all hours of the day, weekends, nights, etc. and being asked repeatedly to take this review down. Screenshot attached of one of the weird manipulative messages I received from a sales person.
I don't really know what to say here, we paid a lot of money to have a professional company come install brand new floors and refinish some original flooring only to have an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience altogether.
My intention here is to leave an honest review so that others might avoid the situation I'm currently in. If I could go back in time I would avoid this company altogether.
Their attempts to "make it right" have been nothing but a stressful headache for me.

I always shop here for my flooring needs dalton flooring never disappoints I recently had carpet installed in my bedroom and they did an excellent job i was really happy how it came out!!!
