“Ok I waited for a review. This battery shop is absolutely great. Their staff is knowledgeable and reliable. I've purchased 4 batteries total from them and ha e gotten no less that 3 years from each. Cost for mine new is roughly 230 bucks new being a specific agm battery. There was around 80 bucks and they even installed it. That's better than a poke in the eye with a stick. Live this place and they forever have my business for my battery needs and recommend anytime I get a chance.”

“Had the best experience with thisO'Reilly Auto Parts, in particular with the associate Nadine. In the middle of our 1st winter storm of the year my windshield wiper literally blew of the car on my way to work because of the ice chunks falling and being too heavy. Nadine to the rescue! She had special order wipers delivered to her location within an hour. Despite freezing temperatures and heavy winds, she installed them with a smile and sent me on my way. A massive thank you Nadine!!!!!!”

Mgr John (if I’m wrong on name I’m sorry) looked at my cars requirements and met the competitor's price. He quickly did the wiper install and In a snap, I was in my way!”

“These guys are always friendly, personal and very helpful. They carry the batteries out to my car for me and switched out my windshield wipers. Thanks guys! They printed out a computer reading on my van that clearly states what's going on with my issue. That's great service. After my mechanic recommended "the auto part place across the street" they acted like i was bothering them even after i told them i was sent there by one of their clients. They were condescending and dismissive and acted like i didn't belong there... They serviced two men who walked in after me before they even acknowledged my presence. I suppose since im a woman they couldn't be bothered. Ugh. So i drove across the street and gave several hundred dollars worth of business to Oh Oh OReilly's... And will continue to do so. (And btw my mechanic pulled his account. FRAP, your loss fellas!)”

“This location is always so helpful that my battery was dead. I realized I needed to get it charged and o'reilly's,Does it for you free of charge. So I took it in this morning. I was helped right away. They let me know it would take a few hours and I should contact them in the afternoon. And i was given a tag to claim my battery later on.. They have all your automobile needs from automobile parts to accessories.”

“Went to O'Reilly to get wiper blades installed the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. While installing the wiper the store tech let the wiper snap down and hit the windshield. At first glance it looked fine, but on Friday after thanksgiving I noticed that the window was cracked right where the wiper arm hit the window.After following up with the store about the cracked window, they asked me to bring the vehicle in to look at it. Then they quickly set up a windshield replacement service to replace window. I was worried about them saying their tech did not do the damage but that never came up. They were very professional and worked quickly to get the problem resolved.I know sometimes things happen and it how you respond to those thing that define you, Well O'Reilly's stepped up and fixed my problem ASAP. I will not hesitate to go back to them for wiper bladed or anything else.Thanks for making things rightJoel Street”
