Called here inquiring about potentially fixing our Simplicity Symmetry vacuum after it shutdown mid clean, and the gentleman on the phone actually troubleshot with me enough to fix it! Didn’t even need up having to take it in, but would support this small business no matter what since he was willing to help us without making us come in for something as simple as a walkthrough that he provided. Didn’t catch his name but he was pleasant and kind and now my vacuum works once again!

Matt is the definition of good customer service. I took a carpet cleaner in to have some work done. Unfortunately the unit was a total loss. But Matt helped me navigate a warranty claim with Hoover. At no point during the process was I uniformed what was going on. Made a customer for life.

10/10! Wish I had came sooner! My shark vacuum cleaner wouldn’t pick up anything! I didn’t want to buy a new one. They had my vacuum cleaner working like new! Better than new! The customer service was AMAZING!!!! Matt was a great help! Loved the entire experience!

Been coming here for years . Stopped going for a while as i have a kirby now and never breaks ! But stopped in today as it was making vibrating sound from brush roll and turns out needed new brush roll . The staff is honest and they do great work . Definitely recommend. They even have belts bags and everything you need for your vacuum .

My family's been going here for years , always good service. Recently I ordered a vacuum roller and picked it up. Not only did they save me at least six bucks over Amazon, they threw in a free vacuum belt which is probably worth at least 12 bucks ??

5s across the board! FANTASTIC business and people. I've used this company, at this specific location, 3x now and it gets better every time. It's a generationally owned FAMILY business and that makes it better. Support your local families, the corporations are fine. I met the owner Matt today and he was TOP TIER awesome. I just can't express how great this business is. You can buy, repair, learn, whatever you need to with vacuums and cleaners, HAVE IT DONE HERE!

I’m family and I have been buying vacuums here since 2008 and the owner has team he has have always been pleasant. He will recognize you no matter how much older you’ll get. I’ve never had issues with any vacuums I bought here and I I ever had one or a issue, they will make sure they’ll take care of you and fix or find a solution to the problem. Great deals and very family oriented employees here. I plan to continue to do business for as long as I can with this shop.
