Matt, 3rd generation owner, was extremely professional and detailed all the issues with my vacuum..service was very quick and so was response time in letting me know what and when. Saved me money, huge!!!

Matt is the definition of good customer service. I took a carpet cleaner in to have some work done. Unfortunately the unit was a total loss. But Matt helped me navigate a warranty claim with Hoover. At no point during the process was I uniformed what was going on. Made a customer for life.
