Battery acting up. We bought in Montana 1 yr ago.Went up to Autozone on Trenton Rd in Southgate and they found the problem and fixed in 10min. We can’t say thank you enough!!!! Very nice and helpful people!!!!

Girl employee gave me wrong rear brake rotors after i specifically said 3 times that I had electronic rear parking brake. Was not happy that I had to go home to find out then return for correct part. They admitted fault and corrected it but still not cool.

I went into this store to grab a quick part for my motorcycle but the gentleman at the front desk had no interest in even helping me after Napa auto parts told me to go there. I get it's a Sunday but damn

After an extremely disappointing visit to Sams Club for a replacement battery, these guys really hooked us up. Super friendly, knowledgable in their field. Cannot speak highly enough for the Auto Zone Team. ?

If it was possible to give zero stars on this place I would. By far the absolute worst Autozone I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The management here is so hard nose on anything you try to bring back and refuse to go the extra mile even though it's in their motto. What a shame I hope someday corporate will get this store in order......

I'm just leaving the store and I just wanted to say Dawson went above and beyond for me today. He took a look at my battery and figured out my problem right away and fixed it for me. If he hadn't had noticed the problem with my battery who knows what could have happened. He said he shocked that it lasted this long. So kudos to Dawson, I hope you get a raise and a promotion because you surely deserve one! And Merry Christmas!

My car battery was dying....I limped into the Auto Zone parking lot. David, was so helpful, tested our battery and alternator...we needed both. We purchased the battery and he had it installed in no time! Highly recommend.

I had new parts outside of the 90 day return window. I first confirmed with AutoZone customer service that I could return these items and was told to bring them into a store for a refund. Great! Went to my local store and had no trouble, except they did not have enough cash to make the full return. They suggested I try another store to complete my return. No problem. When I went to this store the manager was rude like I was asking the impossible. Complaining that customer service isn't "above them." "They like to promise the world and just leave the store to clean up the mess." Well, he refused my return of new unopened items with a receipt. Stated he had to call his district manager and he would call me back. Surprise...no call back. Meanwhile a front desk associate is answering a how are you today greeting from another customer by saying he's grouchy and hates people! What?!? Followed up again with AutoZone customer service to be told their previous response was wrong and the first store should never have accepted the return. Now I'm stuck with these parts. Shocked by the duality of service. Guess its time to go with O'reilly or NAPA.

Definitely will not be coming back to this AutoZone location. Before I purchased the 2.5 ton jack and stands kit, I asked, "if I use this and either don't feel comfortable with it and/or feel I need to upgrade, would I be able to return it for a bigger one." I was told, "yes, as long as you have the receipt and it's within 90 days you can return it." I used the jack and stands ONE time and felt that i needed a heavier jack and stands to lift across all sorts of ranges of vehicles. I went today to return the 2.5 ton jack and stands and was told, "we can't return this..." to which I replied, "what do you mean I can't return this? I was just told within the week that I was able to return this." The manager responded, "its been USED, you can't return it." Obviously frustrated, I explained to him that I was told I was able to return the 2.5 jack and stands kit so long as I had the receipt and it was within 90 days. The manager then claimed that the associate I was referring to, did not say what I claimed he said, in essence, calling me a liar. Being that I was lied to while face-to-face, I told them, "whatever, I'll just keep it and I won't be coming back here anymore." I was not only lied to multiple times, essentially called a liar myself, but I also was treated very disrespectfully throughout the conversation.I strongly do NOT recommend anyone coming to this location. I'm very ashamed of the lies and the ways I was treated, as well as embarrassed to have done business with such disrespectful lying people.

By far the worst experience I've ever had inside an autozone. Was called a liar, told my time means nothing to them, and was rudly told by the manager he would not help me even tho my parts were under warranty. Have been told from multiple sources that a the Manager Mark at this store, who used to run the flat rock store, will do anything and everything he can to avoid doing returns or exchange. Take this into consideration when choosing to go to autozone. Not sure if I'll ever be back and I will spread these words.

Stopped by this afternoon to get my battery cable checked , it was a little loose and needed tightening and I was impressed by David B. service helping me out by checking my issue out and taking care of business. I left a happy a customer. Thank you , David B.?
