These guys really went out of their way last yesterday, I was having a issue with my car and the were really helpful and knowledge ful. Nate especially, he went out of his way and gave me advice and let me leave my car in the parking lot so I can fix it the very next day.
Kind service and really great guys over here.

We go to autozone we are there 6 min to closing we mY mom gets put to go in the employee runs and kocks the door because she slower walk woth cane .that is do rude worst thing you could do someone and Nasty way to treat the disabled. 4 full grown men sitting behind the counter, I asked some questions about my car and not one would get up and come outside to my car as they answered my questions without concern enough to possibly assist…
I thought they advertise with hands on helping their customers ?

Always good service here. Never once had a bad experience. Employees are always helpful and always have the products I need and will do your battery check for free and charge it for free as long as you take it up there.

Gentleman named Joe assisted me with choosing a replacement battery with a warranty. He even installed the new battery and disposed of the bad battery.
He made the entire experience a pleasant one and I’ll be sure to go back for all my automotive needs.

I was on hold for 15 minutes the last time I called ! I get put on hold for at least 5 minutes. This is the last time dealing with Auto Zone! If you live Down River go to O'Reilly's. They're cheaper and usually have the part in stock. Great customer service!

Battery acting up. We bought in Montana 1 yr ago.Went up to Autozone on Trenton Rd in Southgate and they found the problem and fixed in 10min. We can’t say thank you enough!!!! Very nice and helpful people!!!!

Girl employee gave me wrong rear brake rotors after i specifically said 3 times that I had electronic rear parking brake. Was not happy that I had to go home to find out then return for correct part. They admitted fault and corrected it but still not cool.
