“I am always a bit nervous taking my car to the shop as a woman, because I never know if they will try to upsell me on things I don’t really need. I had a few questions about my car (regarding oil change, brakes, tire balancing and rotation) that I brought up to them, and they were very thorough and honest about what actually needed to be done and what didn’t. It would have been easy for them to take advantage and charge me for work that wasn’t needed, but they didn’t. I felt I could really trust them. The cost of the oil change, tire rotation, tire balancing, and brake check was also a better value than some other places I’ve been.”

“Bought a new vehicle and it got a scratch that I unsuccessfully tried to repair. Took it to Moran Collision Center to see if they could smooth it out and fix. They were extremely nice and helpful. He spent time on fixing my repair and it turned out Great. Highly recommend”

“Service was quick and direct. I am mainly impressed with the initial meeting between myself and the service team. Even though I own a ford flex they were happy to help! On top of that they offered rental services, and free shuttles home. When I asked how long it may take, he said he could have it done the next day. Minor things for sure but still I was so impressed with the way I was treated! So respectful and nice! I have never been treated so well by any dealership. Regardless of the price, I will always return to Southgate Lincoln in a heartbeat for all my service needs! Now to buy a new Lincoln and we will be good to go! Thank you again!”
