“Valecia is excellent in customer service and very patient. I came in to get a cashier's check and I forgot to tell the customer service rep I needed the remitter to be in my sons name. Valencia patiently assisted the customer service rep to print the check exactly how I wanted it. I worked in banking for years and I know how frustrating it can be at times but she didn't make me feel like it was a burden to change the check for me. The customer service rep also was kind and apologized for not confirming how I wanted the check although it was not his fault. He was kind and thanked me for coming in.”
