I had a gift card that I got for my birthday last year and lost it. I found it while moving and was told they only let gift cards go up to a year. The store already got the 40 dollars. So I don't understand why they would limit how long you can use a gift card. This was my first time in the store and my friends wasted their money.

After my last experience with this establishment I will no longer be spending any money here. The woman who is the manager needs to take a course in customer service as it is almost non existent here. From her condescending words, bad attitude, the inability to converse professionally and an entire lack of concern for the customers needs. To say I’m dissatisfied would be an understatement. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend going anywhere other than here. Their merchandise is way overpriced which would be fine if the customer service made up for that but it doesn’t. I don’t spend my hard earned money in establishments who don’t appreciate their customers. I strongly urge anyone who reads this to spend your money elsewhere

I had one of the best customer experiences here that I’ve had at any store in a long time!
As a beginner skater shopping for my first pair, Jill took great care of me! Not only did she enthusiastically have me try on several different pairs, but she did a great job educating me and genuinely looking out for my best interests.
Since she spent so much time helping me find the ideal pair, I feel really confident in what I got! I’m already enjoying them!

I really like this shop for all the cool Anime and Japanese items they sell. It's the only place I know of that meets this demand. I happily purchased a Godzilla collectible from them and will visit again because there was another item I had my eye on

The staff were friendly and helped get a skateboard setup. I was able to get everything I needed to start skating and make an informed decision.
There was a decent selection for a bigger guy to be able to skate
