I checked in right when they opened at 7am with only 1 truck in the yard. They made me sit for 7 hours then loaded me in 30 min. Completely wasted my entire day.

I was an essential worker at this place during the pandemic 2021. We did it! We made sure the American people could get our products, cups , plates while other companies were shut down. Hard times are temporary but though people do. Me and Ajm packaging did our thing . I enjoyed working at this place ! Good pay, awesome people, all my Latinos and latinas gracias para ti amor! I worked there previously, let me tell you my experience it’s good at first I was a machine Operator. I seen people who don’t have lot of time working there be supervisors and don’t have knowledge of machinery . I worked under a supervisor who didn’t value my previous knowledge and skills . Lots of favoritism. It’s like being in Highschool again full of drama. Pay is decent asking for raises isn’t hard. I wish HR was more considerate in terms of termination. I’ve seen excellent employees leaving and leaving the crappy ones stay .

They get all the highly qualified people who’s been applying for years and they always deny my application! I always heard about this place and many other skilled applicants always tend to get denied! Years tho! I see why they don’t want professional people or to make this company grow. The reviews on google and indeed etc, speaks for itself! I should’ve been read these years ago. I guess all the denials are a sign to stay away from this high turnover, always hiring “company”

A bit crowded to maneuver in. Not too terrible, though. Best to find a place to park, then call to check in. Bring food and entertainment since it might take a while to get a door.

OTR driver. Why do you have employee parking in front of the shipping docks?? That's just dumb and dangerous. Not to mention dangerous... and dumb.Did I mention it was dumb?Parking cars right where trucks need room to maneuver into a dock in a place that doesn't have a lot of room to begin with is a recipe for disaster not to mention the place is riddled with potholes.The shipping lot needs an overhaul.People here are nice and friendly though.

These are the kind of plants that make everyone want a unionize... They called the machine operator salaried employees so they can work them to death and on the weekend pay them like $3 an hour. Don't be fooled by machine operators. $20 an hour cuz they'll work you the weekend and they'll get that $20 an hour out of you salaried employees.. machine operators scam your money shop needs a unionized quick. Anyway

Terrible place, if you have the chance to go somewhere else, please don't come here, they are lazy, my appointment was for 2:30pm, they told me the dock was at 5:30pm. There is no space for parking.
