This one lady she was short and had like dirty blonde hair along with a dirty attitude saying she doesn't know how the rewards works but then did it perfectly fine when we cashed out and when we said oh the taquitos she said ik in a snobby way as we were just trying to remind her that we payed for that to just overall very bad customer service and she definitely doesn't know how to treat customers and was upset because we only payed 20 cents for 2 drinks and a bag of chips because we used our rewards for them and she was a very rude and then said next time you could do it all on one transaction which we did not know we could do that because it was the first time using my rewards

You know I actually wasn't going to share a review with anyone but every time I go into that store you have a very rude nasty short dirty looking lady working there that has smart remarks to every person that comes in or leaves she isn't a very clean looking lady to be working store itself what does lady was extremely rude to an elderly gentleman that was their buying two items and questioned why he had to pay her extra money when she said he still owed her 36 cents when she was holding his dollar bill in her hand he cashed in a $5 lottery ticket and bought a $2 lottery ticket plus the merchandise came to $3 instead of her explaining to him do you want me to take this out of your dollar she started yelling at him he asked her in a polite way to keep it down she told him not to tell her what to do was extremely rude to him the whole time he said too her that he would not be coming back and she said good then he said he would inform the manager or the owner and she said good go ahead very rude unpleasant girl after reading your reviews and all the complaints you had about her and nothing has been done I figured I'd give it a try even though I don't think this is going to go anywhere losing two customers for rudeness is unacceptable if I was the manager why is all of the reviews someone put that is negative you respond by saying oh that doesn't sound right can you send us more information through a different website with all the negativity about the same individual that works at your store wouldn't it be smarter just to go and investigate on your own seeing that you're getting all these negative complaints about putting my review on about her now you're telling me it doesn't sound right so why do you have a review spot for people to send you their experience in your store whether it be negative or positive look at all the negative reviews you have about the same individual but yet she still works there I'm in mind right now because I know what you're going to tell me is that doesn't sound right send us more information good luck in the future with that employee

Store is always clean and smells fresh. Sarah shows pride in the store and very friendly and helpful!! As long as they keep their employees I will spend my money here!

My family and I go to this store every day. We have never had a bad experience. We have always felt welcomed.This store is great its always clean inside and outside. The Asst. manager and the other lady that works with her are great they are always friendly and makes everyone welcomed. The other employees are awesome also. Everyone makes you feel welcomed.

Always get a "Hello" when I walk in from Sarah. She maintains order in the store when customers can be unruly. Take a minute to get to know her. She is always cleaning and making sure the store is in tip top shape.

I love this place! All the employees are great and friendly, everyday I stop here for my coffee which is always fresh and ready to go! Definitely will keep coming back as long as i live here

I would just like to say that this 7-Eleven is one of the best I've been into in the downriver area. Always kept clean n neat and the staff especially Sarah is very kind, helpful and courteous to all customers. I think all the employees there definitely need a raise for the tremendous work they have done and I will definitely continue going there.

I recently visited store at 14515 at around 3 pmand had a very bad experience. The lady behind the counter which was white nasty hair. Looks like she hasn't taken a shower in weeks and had no name tag individual looked very dirty. Started Cushing and at me and was being very rude for no reason if she does not like her job she needs to find another job elsewhere, not dealing with people. The store will lose a lot of customers if they have to deal with this lady no stars.

Why is this person (short lady with a bun) always in a nasty mood?!If she don't like her job or dealing with people find another JOB! Plain and simple!She's always got an attitude, smackin her lips, rollin her eyes or tossing our items on the counter. Very bad customer service!Think I'll start going elsewhere.

Lady with the bun and mustache threw my items at me, the only brown skinned person in store. When I asked her if there was a problem she ignored me. I told my white husband what happened and he went in, she treated him and everyone else so kindly. Not the way to bring in the new year 7-Eleven.

My wife is a mail carrier for the city of southgate and needed to use the restroom and the clerk flat out told her NO, these individuals (mail carriers) work in all climates to get our mail to us and you couldn’t let her use the restroom…. And I just read a review that they do not give a discount to first responders and law enforcement, who do you call when you need help.
