I ordered the lobster Mac and there was not 1 piece of lobster in the bow and they put 1/2 of a cup of bread crumbs on the top!! I ordered the lobster bisque soup that was water with pieces of lobster. The sandwich and piece of bread was they only thing that was ok. My daughter enjoyed her sandwich but spending 36$, that will be the last time I walk into zoup! Tried to call the store and it hangs up on you. Called the headquarters and can't speak to them either! Very, very disappointed!

Today, upon entering the store located in Novi, MI, I slipped and fell on water that was accumulated at the door. There was a table next to the door. My finger got a cut from the table and I banged my knee up pretty good. I mentioned to the person at the register that there needs to be a wet floor sign at the door. I went into the bathroom for several minutes to clean myself up. When I came back out I noticed no sign. I asked the person behind the register if they have a sign. She said yes. I said again that it needs to be put by the door. Her response was that it was just rain, not from mopping or anything so it didn't need to be put up. Ridiculous! I paid for my soup and left. I tried calling corporate... NO HUMANS to talk to. I finally got a hold of the manager at the location who told me I had to file an incident report and promised to call me back within an hour to tell me where to send it and I'm still waiting for the call three hours later. No answer when I call the location. No incident report was filed at the location when this happened and it should DEFINITELY NOT be the responsibility of the customer to file an incident report when it was their lack of proper care that caused my injury!UPDATE: Six days later I have still not received a call back from the manager after leaving several message OR this corporate office! Both of these locations are completely ignoring the situation. Disgusting display of business practices but more importantly HUMAN KINDNESS!UPDATE ON 9/2/2022: I filed a report against Zoup with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB responded back to me that after several weeks and several attempts to reach Zoup, the Zoup company has ignored their request for dialogue about the complaint.

Not only will I continue to bash this horrible restaurant because it’s disgusting I used to work for one. Everything about it was nasty. There is no reason people should be paying an arm and leg for re heated soup that comes out of a bag. Nothing is fresh and for the most part the soups are old and/or broke down and adding water don’t fix everything. For the same price you’re going to pay at one of these awful meals you could go to Paner and get something 10x better fresher, and a 2 cookies on the side. No brainer

I visited the south Euclid store this evening and the young lady there stood in the kitchen and stared at me while bdoing dishes without even acknowledging me until another gentleman came which I presumed was the manager. He took my order she finally came out and he gave her my order to fill she died the order . He gave mey change without a receipt.i went to reach for the bag and she delibritly set the bag to the side. I walked out saying have a good day. As I thought about it this is no way to treat customer and I go to zoups all the time now I will not

I have submitted a requested several times to have the Chicken with wild rice be put in to the rotation more often, myself as well as all my staff members really like that soup, so what do they do? they pull it from the rotation all together Go figure !!! Frustrated in Grand Junction, CO

I ordered $90 worth of food to be delivered. An hour and half later, I still do not know where my food went. The local store in Louisville told me this happens all the time and it is up to the delivery service to fix but no one can give me a phone number for the delivery service and it is not listed on the website for postmates or Zoup. After 2 trips to Zoup, I am still missing a sandwich and soup. No one at the store offered me any assistance and just kept telling me how busy they are. Well I'm busy too. Zoup finally gave me some luke warm soup, but I still have items missing from my order. The customer service I received was less than poor and I'm very disappointed. I eat there once a week and often purchase food for the entire office, but have learned a lesson not to use their online website.

First time here was a great experience! Tried the chicken pot pie soup and it was delicious. I think I'll pass on the bread that comes with it next time though- it was hard and tasteless. But the soup made up for it in my mind! I'll be back here for sure.

I like the variety of soups, they're usually not your average type of soup and there's always something good to be found.Their panini sandwiches are too rich and make me nauseous. The bread rolls that come with the soup are dry.I'd recommend it for the soup, but that's about it.
