Was supposed to get our delivery between 3:30 and 7:30 today (day before Thanksgiving). It's 8 pm and I called the customer service, which is in the Philippines and she said they are still coming. Good luck if you're stuck with this as your 3rd party delivery service and you didn't get a choice. Also be prepared to not be able to understand whomever you talk to in another country.

By far the worst logistics company ever. They’ve rescheduled my appliances delivery twice and now onto the 3rd reschedule they were supposed to deliver between 3pm-7pm here we are 9pm on a Saturday night still nothing. They are supposedly still in route. Unbelievable. Avoid this company if you can.

This company is trash, they sent my vehicle to the wrong state and I’m it’s been a week and still don’t have my car! They’re full of excuses, everytime is something different.

Easily the worst company to deal with took off work to be here for a delivery and they canceled my delivery because a cement truck was blocking the street, they could’ve easily came down the street the other way.

I received a call from one of the drivers saying that were 10-15mins from my house, I let them know I was 15mins out. I had my GPS on so i know it was exactly 15mins. They called me back 12mins later saying that they are at my home waiting. I tell them ok, I'm literally 3mins away; the guy let's out a long and loud sigh then says ok. I arrive in 3 minutes and they're gone. I called them back and no one answers. I called support and I was told they are already in route returning the items to Samsung. I realize that I was not home when they arrived but 3min is not an unreasonable amount of time to ask someone to wait. It likely would've taken them that time to unload the items off the truck anyway and now I have to reschedule my delivery for another day. Unprofessional and rude.

We had a large piece of fitness equipment delivered and the two XPO guys were great... respectful of our home, efficient setup, helpful to us, and wore their masks throughout the setup.

I had a scheduled delivery for 09/28 and because I wanted to know the window for time of arrival, I called and the representative indicated that my order was not on route for today and that he was unable to see why. This item has been at the warehouse for delivery since 09/09....I am now being told the soonest delivery is 10/14. I have spoke to three representatives who have provided me with 3 different stories. When asking to speak with management, I was assured that my concern was escalated and I would hear back from someone ....8hrs and 2 additional phone conversations and an email....I am still waiting. There is no access to management and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

After 8 phone calls (talking to someone in India), I was hung up on three times, lied to about my delivery and XPO lied to the company that sent my order stating it was delivered and signed for at my address, no one is currently living in the home while it is undergoing a remodel. I could not talk with a supervisor but was told someone would contact me with 24 hours, I was told that 7 different times by 7 different people, no one ever called, I waited six weeks for the delivery and had to reorder and will have to wait another six weeks, the cabinet company was told not to use XPO logistics. Can't believe this company is still in business.

Logistics doesn't seem to be their strong side, my order is lost. Using this company as your last mile delivery gives your company a bad reputation.
