Can get Verizon Internet combined with Sling TV for $90 ($40 for Verizon and $50 for Sling TV per month) and get all the exact same internet strength and channels you would be paying $180 per month with Xfinity. They will try to manipulate you into thinking Verizon Internet is bad but it it has amazing signal in ALL of Oakland County! Also no contracts! So glad I was able to break free from Xfinity’s greed during this recession.

I done had XFInity for 2 years and always buffering,it keeps kicking my devices off,not Able to check my cameras,my home was broken into because I couldn’t check doorbell camera because the service never works

Just went in to cancel/end service due to move, they were slammed. I was a little concerned but the two workers were efficient, pleasant and patient even when customers were being unnecessarily rude.When it was my turn the transaction took no time at all (to my pleasant surprise). Great customer service highly recommend and consumers have more patience with Frontline workers, they don't usually have control of staffing and are doing the best they can in situation.

Replaced my old modem with a new one recently. Was a little worried about going in to hear an attempted upscale, knowing I had to cancel phone service also. Spoke to Charles, informed him of what I needed, and he hooked it up in about 3 minutes. Confirmed how much I will save on my bill next month, and was an overall pleasure to work with. Keep up the great work, Charles!

I just returned my equipment after switching over to another vendor. I kept the Internet, because in my area, Xfinity is the most reliable. The young man who helped me the closest to the door when you walk in, was wonderful. However, the second young man who was there begin speaking about getting lunch. I jokingly said oh, don’t talk about food. I’m so hungry. He proceeded to go off on me calling me, ma’am, and telling me that he had the right for his free speech. What? Why are we having this conversation. I simply told him that I was making a joke, because what he was ordering sounded good. He rolled his eyes and walked away. Adding that to the fact that my service was not canceled earlier this month, when I spoke to infinity online, and that they continued to bill me at the higher rate for internet speed after I told them it was no longer necessary, as I was no longer working from home, made this a very poor experience. The young man who helped me was outstanding. The rest was unfortunately a very negative experience as I will have to make a 3rd call to get this resolved.

This place is ridiculous. I went there on September 4th to trade my iPhone 12 in to a iPhone 13. When going through the process the man at the counter I told him I wanted the iPhone 13 Pro Max with the biggest storage. They stole my iPhone 12 and it’s been 3 months and there’s no trace of my iPhone 12. They were supposed to send it in for a trade in to assurion. They are scamming people with trade ins and selling phones on the side! Do not go to this store! I have yet to hear back from anyone!

I was at the store to open a new account for internet. Kaya explained me about the options. She was very nice, polite and helpful.I strongly recommend this store because the customer service is excellent.
