If you are coming here to pay a bill with cash, make sure you count it in front of your sales person because today on July 29, 2024 a sales person named James took my $200 counted it under the table just to tell me it was $180 so I reached into my wallet as fast as I could to give the man another 20.

Unprofessional and rude!
These guys do not do anything… they do not help at all
The staff is not welcoming at all they want to kick out the customers as soon as they can. The guy I was speaking with had only one answer to every question I ask…. “You got to look online we don’t do that here our system doesn’t generate anything” seriously?

Walked right in. I believe her name was Shaneka. She immediately asked if she could help me. Her and another young man helped me. I was returning equipment, I had also purchased a phone for my grandson. She made that process so amazingly smoother than on the phone. Made my day. Thank you.

I would avoid this place. They try to scam you. They will say one thing and try to get you and hurry up and sign for something completely different. I went to the Bloomfield store, way better.

I live in a senior high-rise building in Southfield. There are many handicaped residents that live here. This morning I looked out and saw a Xfinity truck backing into the closest Handicap parking spot. A few spots down, there were several visitors spots. I doubt there are any Xfinity service trucks drivers that are handicapped. I went down stairs and confronted him and told him to move his truck. If he didn't, I would have it towed. He gave me some sass but moved the truck. He got his feelings because I didn't ask him nicely. Tough. This is a common occurrence with Xfinity. Other companies are respectful of our community and Federal law. It's how companies train their employees. Not a fan of Xfinity.

Executives at this store are unprofessional and rude.We visited the center to get a new home internet ,Plans were not explained.Lock-in charges were not explained.Asked what speed you want, no plan details were explained.The Router/modem whatever you call it, when provided, was a used one, and had scratches, they did not note it down in case while returning we are charged for the scratches.We asked them to check if the device turns on by connecting it to power, not asking them to connect to the internet, just connect to the power and the device should show power LED blink they lied and said there is no power led, whereas when we went home and connected there was a power LED.and the rude behavior of the executive and the manager was totally unacceptable. and they need to stop saying, "dont teach me how to do my job". it shows the attitude what xfnity has and is getting into a downturn as Verizon once did.I would not rate anything more than 1-star for this store.

I went to the Southfield location to switch out old equipment that I had almost for 5 years. Kamazing helped me with less than 5 minutes of me being there while helping someone else. He solved my problem I had as in and out. Thanks again.

Obviously, Xfinity is paying people to give good reviews.I don’t know 1 person who likes them!They are dishonest, they upcharge you while your on a contract and tell you you reached your contract date.This business works on lobbying, so we can’t go after them.That’s why they don’t care.
