I dragged my feet on getting a new phone but decided to go in today. Nick T was a phenomenal rep! I not only walked out with a new phone, he patiently explained all the new features and ensured all the accessories purchased were set up. I couldn’t be more appreciative.

Deshawn (sorry if that's not how you spell your name) was quick and very professional. I was greeted immediately, swapped a box and had my bill reassessed in under 20 mins. Very friendly crew.
