Your time is unimportant to them….so I suggest you don’t waste your time booking appointments at this location! They double book medical providers with patients and give unjustifiable excuses for long wait times! They simply do not care about their patients!

The Staff is The RUDEST I HAVE EVER encountered. They talk down to you from the moment you walk in, ignore you when you speak to them, and have no compassion for the patient. Dr Lin is great but the staff doesn't outweigh how good he is. Do NOT GO THERE... you will regret it!

I am not the patient, but I went with the patient multiple times to this location to see an ear specialist. The service and wait time are among the worst for any health clinic. Once, we waited for nearly three hours to see the doctor just to be told we would need to schedule another appointment to see a different doctor. I have never encountered a time when we can see a doctor on time. If you have an appointment here, you might as well schedule the entire morning or afternoon off because that is how long you will need to wait to see your doctor. The last time we went, several people were waiting for the same doctor in front of us. We had been waiting for over half an hour when three more people came in to see, yep, the same doctor. How can they schedule patients like this and let them wait for an hour or longer? I have witnessed patients often upset with the poor service, with one complaining that her appointment was canceled without her consent. On top of that, the facilities are dirty and look like the seats, floor, and windowsills have not been cleaned in years. I had to go to the restroom and was directed to the unisex bathroom by the reception area. There was a brown stain on the toilet seat. I had to ask a worker if there was another bathroom available, and when I asked why all I could say was that the bathroom was not clean. Completely disorganized office, dirty and unhygienic. I have told the patient not to return to this clinic.

Never in my life have I dealt with more incompetent employees in my entire life. From the front desk receptionist to the billing department to the physicians. Completely unprofessional and incompetent in every sense of the word. I was left in a waiting room for over an hour (after being told to drink a large amount of water for a procedure) because no one at the front desk bothered to tell the nurse I was there. No apology given for that one. They had an incompetent, inexperienced resident attempt an IUI on me and after several attempts made me walk down a hallway with a sheet around my waist to an ultrasound room. Totally unprofessional and embarrassing. No apology given that day either. To top off my experience I never received one bill from the office and I start getting calls from a collection agency telling me I never paid my bills with them. Call the office to figure out what’s going on and low and behold they owe me money back from over payments. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Dr. Green and Dr. Raza are simply wonderful! Good bedside manner and pleasant office staff as well!
