Kara the Manager. Was horrible. Very disgusting attitude, and discriminating against guest. She did nothing to satisfy the customer! And her Attitude was even nasty to the Verizon rep over the phone. I will make a complaint to corporate.

Ridiculous, no one knows what’s going on or tries to find out for you. Useless and not helpful which is requirements for their job. Go further out, they also have no store phone corporate couldn’t even reach them.

Emelie the sales rep lied and processed a new application without my permission after I already applied and was approved for 8K in financing. What she did caused me to be flagged by the fraud department now I'm declined for high risk factor and majority of their customer service agents are rude and disrespectful, especially in the business department.

I think the new way to go with apple is to go to the Apple Store buy your phone their and then trade in your old phone if you’re looking to get a new phone every year. Mike is the best there for customer service and support

I walked in to get a new screen protector. This lady put it on and I noticed a bunch of bubbles along the sides, she said “no problem let me put a different one on,” which I thought was weird because if it’s on correctly it doesn’t normally do that. Anyway, she then proceeded to clean the phone and was about to put the second one on but said it was dusty or something so she got all flustered and gave up midway, got rid of it and asked an associate to put a different one on. So a different lady came over, put it on and then left for the day. I was standing at the counter still and noticed that it was totally off center. I showed them and asked if someone else could please fix it. Another lady said that because I went through 2 of them they can’t put another one on and that I would have to do it myself. I told her that it wasn’t my fault that the first two didn’t work. She was giving me this terrible attitude. She then tried to recenter it but it was still off center. They all were giving me such a hard time but they kept screwing them up! She then called a manager, the manager was giving me hard time too but I finally was able to get her to put a new one on. She opened it up, took the black tray out and placed it on top of my phone. I was fuming. Those two other ladies did not do that! They kept putting the phone in the black tray, not putting it on top. Basically they were doing it incorrectly the whole time! She said the tray is literally a guide to make the screen protector center. I told her that they didn’t do that and they clearly didn’t know what they were doing. This whole situation didn’t need to happen and I was there for like an hour. What a joke. Don’t trust anyone there.

Customer Service was SURPRISINGLY HORRIBLE. NO PATIENCE, ON TOP OF THAT THE BILL CONTINUES TO GROW WITH NO EXPLANATION - I've been with them over 20 years. On top of that the service on the phone is starting to suck and I love my phone. smh .. Don't deserve even 1 Star for today's Service. Get it together guys!

I needed help on 3 separate occasions, and I was lucky enough to have the same representative help me each time. Paige was kind, helpful and well educated. She was able to help me instantly and answer every single question. She made each time easy, enjoyable and fast.

The manager with the colorful tattoos on his arm on the shift around 4 pm is very unhelpful and extremely rude. I been having problems with customer service not being able to pull my account. He told me that’s not his problem and he can’t call them for me. After I watched every other store call customer service for me. He watched me sit in that chair frustrated with customer service. Instead of helping me he just continued to help other customers. Had to be one of the worst days of my life.
