I had an issue with my son's phone overheating and cracking and the manager at this store was very patient and helpful when dealing with the Verizon representative on the phone to help me resolve the situation. I really appreciated Anthony's assistance!

Normally, this store is beyond frustrating. But today, Tierra was wonderful!!! Thank you so much! She did not pressure us or try and pull the wool over my eyes. Customer service at its best.

I purchased a phone and my phone was stolen now the customer service Rep can't help me get in the account or allow me to make a stolen complaint I've also called customer service and they say they can't access the account which I don't understand why I have the phone number and account number I just want to cancel my contract and or just cancel the other phone and get a new phone and have access to my account

Kara the Manager. Was horrible. Very disgusting attitude, and discriminating against guest. She did nothing to satisfy the customer! And her Attitude was even nasty to the Verizon rep over the phone. I will make a complaint to corporate.

Ridiculous, no one knows what’s going on or tries to find out for you. Useless and not helpful which is requirements for their job. Go further out, they also have no store phone corporate couldn’t even reach them.
