Kara the Manager. Was horrible. Very disgusting attitude, and discriminating against guest. She did nothing to satisfy the customer! And her Attitude was even nasty to the Verizon rep over the phone. I will make a complaint to corporate.

If you can do your business remotely - that would be a good choice unless you've got hours to waste in line. Worse than the secretary of states office 15 years ago!
