There's usually always a long wait because all clerks are almost never all present at the same time. They are usually efficient & pleasant but I can't imagine this is an easy job! Don't know what the solution is to the problem here??

The four stars are for the hard working mail carrier. Today, she said to me that someone called and complained about my package that required a signature. No big deal right? I would never call and complain about something that isn't her fault. I just have to tell you that neither my husband or I called.

I made an appointment for 10:45 am to renew my passport. They didn’t show up until 11:15 because that is when the worker started her shift. They should not have allowed us to even make this appointment at 10:45 if she wasn’t going to show up until 11. The appointment said to show up 10 minutes early so we sat waiting for an hour, no one ahead of us, just the worker not showing up.

If you want horrible customer service just pull up to this post office. They are never friendly. When you walk you walk up to counter unpleasant attitude and rude. The lady standing behind me confirmed what I was saying always a unpleasant experience at this post office . I wish I knew the young lady that was helping me medium height, hair pulled back in a ponytail each time I came to this location your facial expressions and rudeness stood out each time.

How does a post office blue box have mail spilling out to the road? It was filled up. I refused to drop my mail in there. I could not get all the mail spilling on the road and flying in the wind.. Phone lines are impossible to get through to. All the automatic line was talking about was home COVID test.

I never know what time our mail will be delivered, if any as we are often skipped due to postal personnel problems. Terrible service.

Negative points need to be avaliable. THE WORST postal office in the USATHE outside mailboxes are filled to compacity, mail spilling on the ground and flying away or getting rolled over by cars. It's like this every week. I mailed inside but regret my decisions putting mail inside. Plus my elder neighbors needed to get stamps. I reported to staff 2 weeks ago and again Friday. Nothing changed.

I don’t have the patience and time for the bipolar nature of these employees. One day they’re nice and want to help you and seem so sweet. The next they target you and try to embarrass you. My advice — don’t make eye contact. Get in and get out. You’ll save yourself a lot of stress. Hopefully you won’t ever need anything outside of scanning a package , a money order or self service options (which work when they want to). Otherwise you’ll leave ready to fight.

My husband and I just got passports here. The the clerk was on time, friendly, and fast. I'd highly recommend using that service here.
