This review is for Art. Despite how busy it was, he took the time to thoroughly address all my concerns. His customer service was very appreciated. He also took the extra step to follow up with a phone call to ensure I am all set. I really value being treated as such and wanted to share my experience.

The lady manning the passport desk is very rude and unpleasant. I watched her barking at every customer for an hour. I went over to ask her if they would closer at 1 of if we were guaranteed a spot since we were there an hour before closing and she just barked at me "wait your turn!"
I was not looking to cut the line, just ask a question. There's no reason for just poor service.

Don't use the drop off mail boxes in the front, if you do you run the risk of your mail not getting to it's destination. June 30, was my 1st time using these boxes and why did I get notification from whom the mail was addressed to my mail was NEVER received after a whole month. Never had this happen, in RO, Birmingham or Troy. Never again.

Val is so mean made sure to slow down so she could close down 14 mins before 7 the service and attuides are horrible here will never recommend or do business here agin

I walked in at 6:48 PM And was told that we are not going to be helped as we shouldn’t have been allowed in this late. When you hire idiots or lazy people, this is what happens. This location is trash run by trash employees.

The employees who work at the desk are kind and helpful. Just an FYI to anyone coming here: they often cut off the line at 6:40ish on days that they close at 7pm. After this point, you will be turned away and have to come back the next business day for service. It can be very frustrating!

There's usually always a long wait because all clerks are almost never all present at the same time. They are usually efficient & pleasant but I can't imagine this is an easy job! Don't know what the solution is to the problem here??

The four stars are for the hard working mail carrier. Today, she said to me that someone called and complained about my package that required a signature. No big deal right? I would never call and complain about something that isn't her fault. I just have to tell you that neither my husband or I called.
