I’ve been a mailbox customer at this UPS Store for over two years, and the recent management change has made it the worst experience I’ve had since becoming a customer. Over the past six months, the new staff has been consistently rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service. They are not helpful, don’t answer questions respectfully, and show no courtesy at all. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in service, especially from a brand like UPS. This needs to be addressed.

There was a young lady by the name of Sydney that was incredibly rude. I have been in this location many times and never encountered someone like this. The older gentleman that assisted me was nice and took his time.
