Second time going in and they're unable to fill a propane tank because no I e is there to do it. Staff unconcerned and borderline rude. Avoid this place. Propane is easy to come by without the aggravation

DO NOT RESERVE A MOVING TRUCK FROM THIS FACILITY. What a horribly run franchise!!! Made a reservation for a moving truck online for 10am on Sep 30, 2023, and they had given it away at 7 am. I would’ve made a mistake ch earlier reservation but operating hours were listed as 10am/7pm. They won’t honor contracts. I’ll be trying to get in contact with their corporate offices. They deserve even less thantheir 2.8/5 rating

We had a truck reserved well in advance and they overbooked/over sold their units. When asked what they had available they were extremely rude and said “nothing” then dismissed us. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. If I could give zero stars I would. This service is not managed or run well.

Rude employee. I spoke to her an asked nicely was the propane working an they didn't speak back, was mad they had to work an was told No in the rudest way about the propane. Need better workers. When the propane ain't working they don't open it up they leave it down an locked for the day. I been getting propane for over 10 yrs I kw the difference but y have it up for ppl to keep stopping in an asking only to be told no it's not cuz u don't wanna do your job. Do better Be better.

Extremely discriminatory to those with disabilities. Made an online reservation pulled into the parking lot BEFORE 7pm. Parked in the wrong spot that was clearly marked for 15 mins. Employee seen me looked directly at me as I was moving my car to a MARKED handicap spot. I got out of the car forgot to put my placard on the window and walked to the door. She locked the door and it was 7:01 when I was able to make it to the door. Already did 95% of the check in online and was completely ignored as if I didn’t matter. I apologize I have a clear disability and it was inconvenient for you.

Absolutory HORRIBLE hitch service! I made an appointment, they charged me immediately for the service. The day of my appointment, there was no one available to do the service. They didn't bother to call and tell me not to come. I drove all the way there for no reason. When I spoke to the manger he was rude and not even apologetic. How hard would it have been to call me that morning? Avoid this place.

This was the worst customer service experience renting anything. The owner Jefferey was completely unprofessional handling this situation. He incorrectly double charged me. Then continued to denied a refund time and time again. Making a bigger hassle over something so minor. Placing blame everywhere else but just not on solution. Back and forth over $4.39. After returning to the store. I was told by the owner "it's not worth my time" and "I've got better things to do"Obviously, it means something to me if I've gone through all of this hassle for it. That was honestly the point where I lost my cool at bit. This owner did absolutely nothing to try and remedy the situation at every turn. Except push blame on the bank & push me to customer service after returning. My time & where I spend my money matters. And so does anyone else that reads this review. We all deserve great customer service when spending our hard earned money anywhere. No matter the amount. The issue was finally resolved by U-Haul Corporate Customer Service.I do not recommend renting with this owner. I definitely feel he didn't care about my issue.

The truck size includes the over cab footage. Thought we were renting a 20 ft truck and it was 16 ft + the "attic"Check your footage needs.

They now require your proof of insurance if you decline their insurance. Nowhere does it tell you that when you register online. I got dropped off and my proof of insurance is with my car so I didn't have it on me. Cost me $88 and they wouldn't refund it when I came back later after having to get their insurance and bringing back a copy of my own car proof of insurance. Van I rented wasn't even clean.

Excellent customer service very clean trucks I never seen a Uhaul so clean and trucks were clean this site is best in Michigan.
