Please be very weary of this service center. On Thursday I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 Honda civic to get ready for the new year. Not even 24 hours later I decide to run some errands but I unfortunately hear this terrible squeaking noise when turning and breaking. With that being said, I am going to have to assume the tire rotation was done by an amateur or in a rush, but with that aside, I want to know how this happened. I have never had this issue at any other Honda dealership so I am a little disappointed in the service I received. Hopefully I can get it squared away on Monday.

First off - they are a car dealership and they do exhibit many of the negative traits and tactics of shady car salesmanship (nothing surprising here). My sales process shopping with them entailed many of the basics of messing with you when buying a car. My advice for anyone is to shop around and don't feel like you have to buy from them. I have always thought if you are the buyer with money/ability to get a loan you have the power as in the end this is a commodity item that another dealership really has the exact or basically exact item - any car sitting on the lot if costing them money. If you just don't like the salesman you can take your money and buy elsewhere - you're not locked in using them. Shop around, make sure you know the 'out the door' price is before you sign anything, and feel free to leave you'll find that vehicle at another dealer. I didn't like them but you might.

I am a bit confused by some of the negative reviews here... looking at them, it seems like they are for the service department. My experience is with the new car sales department, with Bianca being our dealer, and my experience with them has been amazingBianca from Tamraoff Honda is THE dealer, and Tamaroff Honda is THE dealership you want to visit for your Honda. We talked to many different Honda dealers, and yesterday, on a whim, I reached out to Tamaroff Honda (they are a bit further away from where I live). Bianca called me; I told her that we were shopping for a new HRV and that I was looking for the best price for my mom, no BS, no tricks, games, etc, that some of these other dealers like to play. They got back to us that day with a really good deal that beat all other dealers, and today, my mom is a proud owner of a Honda HRV. Time is money, so don't waste your time with other dealers. This is THE place, and ask for Bianca. And thank you, Bianca, for being so kind to my parents, who are not the best at English. The entire team was very respectful and open to jumping on the call with me while my parents were at the dealership when they needed help. Good culture. Good job, Tamaroff Honda and Bianca!

They don't deserve a single star not sales or body shop really unprofessional it starts when you start asking questions they don't like questions the salesman was so happy to see me as soon as I started to ask questions and compare pricing to different cars and manufacturing he was getting unpatient with me and rude there body shop took 6 months under the back order Excuse if and what do they say Oh it's from nissan not us then stop selling cars that you can't repair 6 months later

Took over two months to get my vehicle back and each week, another issue , always another issue or excuse. Turns out my car was sitting for about 3 weeks because it can. Worst place for service ever.

I had a Pre-Purchase Inspection done here. They found frame damage on the car and saved me 24k. Can't say enough good things. Thank you letting us know and keeping us safe.

Took my car in for an insurance inspection. They were quick. Expected to leave my car and pick up rental. Before i could say anything, the gentleman came back and stated he ordered the parts but it would take a while so renting a car was not advised at this time. I was on my way in ten minutes. Very much appreciated

I've bought parts from Tamaroff Nissan. I typically get OEM Nissan for less that aftermarket stuff. Staff is very helpful. I believe a good parts operation is an indicator of a well run enterprise. I may not buy another Nissan, but I might buy another brand from a Tamaroff dealership.

First let me begin by saying.. the Service Department is terrible. I called the service department and spoke with someone who stated I could bring my car in for an oil change without an appointment. When I got to the dealer.. I was told that I couldn't get my oil changed w/o an appointment. There didn't appear to be any cars in the service garage waiting in line to be serviced. The initial service representative was arrogant and adamant that I couldn't get my oil changed. I then asked for the manager and explained to the manager, Rodney Tisdale, that I had called earlier and was told I could come on in for the oil change. I also explained that I had driven a long way to get there.Mr Tisdale was arrogant '2.0' and insisted there was nothing he could do. Mr Tisdale along with his staff were just standing around, arrogant, doing absolutely nothing. I feel that great customer service should be their top priority. Especially loyal customers. This is not my first disappointment with Tamaroff Honda service department.. but I attributed to the changes during the Covid pandemic. I do not recommend Tamaroff Honda.

They tried the bait and switch when I went to sign paperwork and pick up my used car. "Oh we're so sorry but the person we had call you made a mistake. To get the payment we quoted you'll need to put more down or we could get you into a lease on a new car." I work from home so I didn't want an expensive car/payment but that's what they tried to steer me towards. As soon as I told them I was done and leaving the original plan was suddenly made available.
