3rd of 3 locations I tried to locate Sumatra coffee beans.It was hard to determine if they were open with the afternoon sun shining on the reflective window. If only someone could invent some sort of sign or something to indicate if a store is open or not. Or when they might be open?Finally decided to try the door to find it was open. When I spoke with the young lady at the counter (about hard to see if they were open and being the third store I tried for the coffee) she gave off a distinct "Why are you telling me this stuff?" vibe.Even though the store was open, they'd already cashed out and asked if I minded paying with a card. Yes I minded, but we'll make it work. So, finally, after driving around for an hour and a half was able to buy one pound of coffee.Need to rethink my brand loyalty if Corporation is determined to make it so difficult to give them my money.

Overall, solid 4.5 stars. Service didn’t see for a minute or two. But otherwise great experience. Nice area to work and lounge.Dietary restrictions: Great selection of non dairy milk options

The baristas here are really nice but their “manager” Nesha/Nisha (however you spell her name ) is one of the nastiest most rude people I have ever encountered. I returned some items and she was not happy even going as far to throw the cups that I returned. *Check the cameras management.* I went back to place an order for my daughter for a drink — she was the one to take the order. Instead of listening to my order - she made sure to tell me she wasn’t supposed to return an item because she said it was the wrong store. I told her it wasn’t that serious give it back — it’s down the street I’ll take it. I have purchased from them before but must’ve grabbed the wrong receipt. There wasn’t even a point in her saying that. I could tell the other baristas weren’t phased so it must be the normal. What a sad working environment for them. I’ve seen her before on previous visits and although didn’t have an encounter with her then— I can tell she’s very lazy. Not my business but if you don’t like your job — quit. Or eventually everything will catch up to you. She then proceeded to stand there and go on her phone. Is this really what yall are dealing with because no one wants to come to work?

Worker was very rude when taking my order. I asked for sweet foam on top and she had and attitude and said "which one". I did not know there was multiple kinds or what she was referring to so I said just the regular one. She replied with "WHICH ONE". Need to be nicer to customers.

Very rude and rushed to order quickly after having to wait 20 minutes to just order. I knew what I wanted, but it was the barista who could not keep up-anything else-- completely awful customer service. I expect the wait times; not the attitudes, when we were not rude to you!

Made a mistake and went in to use the restroom. No toilet paper, no seat protectors and no soap. Cluttered floor in dining area. Receiving counter was covered in spills and Very sticky. Staff was OK, efficient and not unfriendly. Very busy with mobile and drive thru. Stick to drive thru. What u don't know may or may not kill u.

This morning I went to this Starbucks to order me a drink and a bagel. Their drive through was super long so I decided to go inside. Everyone inside was busy so I decided to not order a drink and just get a bagle. At 9:08am I ordered two everything bagles with one cream cheese. I thought just ordering the bagles I would be in and out. Nope. I patiently waited, but when it was becoming over 10 minutes I just wanted a refund because I was already running behind for work. I asked the young lady who was making drinks (Light skinned, short black hair, black glasses, a little thick about 5'5), I believe her name is Falicia, she worked next to the young man with locks, if she can please ask the young lady who was at the cashier to please give me a refund.Falicia gave me the most rude response with an attitude by stating " You need to wait. She's in the back making food. She will be at the cashier once she's done." So, I stated " I understand, however, I did not order a drink just two bagles. I am already running late to work, and I didn't think it would take this long for two bagels. Can I just get a refund?" Falicia stated again "You need to wait. She cannot stop making the food to go to the cashier. She have to finish making the food first." So instead of me embarssing this young lady by cussing her out for being unncessarily rude I informed her to chill out,there is no need to have an attitude, everyone is doing a great job, and I don't need to deal with your unncessary attitude this morning. She responded by saying "Okay." I then proceded to ask her if she can grab the cashier to give me my refund. Falicia began to ask the person at the order window to assist me.Now that I am being assisted to get my refund back and finally my bagels are ready to be picked up. After I left I did call the manager to make my complaint and he apologized and said that he will look into it. He also stated that they are short staff and everyone had to step in for coverage, which I totally understand. I also totally understand that when people are working within a busy enviorment it can become overwhelming, however, that doesn't excuse the poor customer service. It takes longer to be nasty and rude to someone versus saying "Okay, one moment. Let me get someone for you." Just that statement alone is less than 10 seconds versus having an almost minute rude conversation with someone because you are overwhelmed.

very poor I waited for 10 minutes. They just looked at me and kept serving the window. After which I left three staff member was there. They were joking about music, not serving a customer who was standing there, waiting this was the worst experience I ever had at Starbucks
