Called to get my scripts only to find out I'm screwed. They closed the kiosk at oakstreet Hazel Park nobody knows anything,been out for 3 days now it's the weekend and they are closed. Horrible experience I am NOT sitting up til 9 to get my scripts. Death is easier.

My first experience the, the manager was deliberately rude and took 10 days to finally and reluctantly fill my prescription. I'm 63 years old and she's in charge of "helping seniors"

SpotRx Pharmacy is amazing. I have all my prescriptions filled here. I have mobility and transportation issues, and SpotRx makes getting my prescriptions so convenient and easy. If they don’t have it at the kiosk after I leave my doctors office, they will deliver to you. I love the pharmacists and all the staff they truly go above and beyond. Wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else.

Worst pharmacy ever! Spotrx said they would transfer all my prescriptions, that didn't happen. You're on hold for at least 30 min. if you need to talk to someone. Their delivery is a joke. They say it'll be here between 8am - 5pm, it shows up at 9:30pm. My last delivery I was supposed to have on Friday. Delivery person calls me at 9pm and says he's at my door, I said no your not. Delivery person says he's in Monroe, Mi I live in the Burton, Mi area. They had my name and ph#, but wrong address. Didn't get my prescription, have to wait till Monday now. The spotrx store in my Dr office is closed??? If you're on medication that you have to take at a specific time or day, don't go with spotrx, you won't get it on time. I'm looking for another pharmacy.
