Followed up on persistent cough, fatigue, and runny nose that I'd had for the past few days. I was able to quickly check in online. The staff was very kind and professional. I was able to be in and out within the hour. This location is also 24 hours. My appointment was at night too. I highly recommend!

This is one of the best urgent care I have been to . They actually literally save my life and helped me get proper care and a diagnosis for my extreme stomache pain . Will never go to another urgent care ♥️♥️

If you can avoid going to this location, please do. The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. I understand how a clinic can be short of staff and there is only so much information a front desk clerk can give you but at least it could be delivered in a kind and professional way. I thought I would save time by taking advantage of the online check in but apparently it was down. So I still had to fill out a form. Thankfully I did not wait until the 15 min arrival time before my appointment to check in. This location needs to provide an option for you to wait in the car until it’s your turn to secure the safety of others. If it’s crowded I believe this is a great option considering cautious air borne diseases are still present. Upon leaving I learned there was only one person available to provide care and the wait time was an hour. I believe this is information the front desk should have provided so patio could have the choice to choose whether they wanted to stay or leave. Considering I don’t believe in receiving rude customer service especially in a place where I am seeking care, I took it upon myself to leave and seek care somewhere else.

I highly recommend coming here,everytime I came in sick I left feeling much better because of how helpful the providers and staff is .Very clean place and no time wasted here patients get in quickly and out quickly.

I’ve been to this place a few times now and the only thing that remains the same is that their front desk staff is highly rude and unprofessional! I called to inquire on prescriptions and whoever answered was very short and dismissive. Not something I expect when I am calling to receive medical help with something outside of my control. However, your doctors on staff have all been wonderful and nothing short of helpful with amazing bedside manner. There does need to be a reevaluation of your front desk staff because this is not the first complaint I see made here about them.
