I’ve been a customer of Jeep/Dodge/Ram since my first lease in 2017. Throughout all of my vehicles, this has been the worst dealership to interact with from the sales to service department.
The sales department is so lazy, judgmental and inaccurate that I never went through completing a purchase at this location.
I frequently come by the Southfield location for service (oil changes only) since it’s nearby, conveniently. EVERY single time there’s an issue, basically an excuse as to why they aren’t servicing people. I arrived at 6:50 a.m. today (before they opened) and was told that my vehicle couldn’t be serviced. Sad!! This happens way too often here.

This is by far the biggest scam I have ever seen. This dealership uses deplorable tactics to swindle people. The salesman Issa lied about the inquiries on my credit report. Southfield Chrysler has 19 inquiries on my credit and said it only did one. You can imagine what that did to my score. I never should have went there but they ran ads on Facebook which was nowhere accurate only a way to get you in. The salesman called 15-20 times a day bugging me to buy a used car that was way overpriced. Lying to customers and misleading them shows me what Southfield Chrysler thinks about its customers. Anyone looking for a car should stay far away from Southfield Chrysler.

Went both times to get the car service and no problems at all. First went for the oil change last Friday and then came back today to put a new battery on the car. Everybody that we was in contact with was very nice and professional. The person that took care of us was Nakeylah and from the start helped my Mom out from the beginning to the end. Both times that we had to get the car service. Thank you to the staff at Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Southfield we will be back for the next oil change. God Bless.

I worked with Roshon and he was great. Kept me updated on status of my car and provided access after adjuster review. Kim helped make an unexpected outcome easier by assisting me with getting my things out of the car quickly. Both very professional AND friendly. Great customer service.
