The employees are super rude! I visited this location a month ago and discovered the younger employees often provide the worst service and have the worst attitudes. It feels like they’re upset you visited the store with the audacity to ask questions and for help.

They are very unprofessional. When I worked there managers played favoritism . Just wouldn’t recommend working there at all . Older men used to disrespect me more than enough 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

They say they close at 9pm I arrived at 8:40 and the doors were already locked. This was the last day to exchange my shoes and now I can’t return them.

Wide variety of shoes big location compared to most you can really look around and shop great customer service skills when they didn’t have a particular shoe in-store they were able to call around to partnering stores and try locating the shoe for me definitely recommend will be back very soon

Paul! Paul! Paul! Ask for Paul! I do not think that I have ever been so excited to leave a review, but when I tell you that Paul is the epitome of customer service, that's an understatement. Everyone knows how expensive quality shoes cost nowadays. But when Paul noticed that I was about to purchase a pair of $100 shoes for my son, he suggested a pair of shoes that was on sale that allowed me to buy three pairs of nice, high quality, designer brand shoes for what I was about to spend on one pair. He did what a salesman is supposed to do, and that's inform you of all of your options! But he didn't even stop there. He went into the back himself and searched for everything even though the computer said it was sold out. For the first time I walked out of a shoe store feeling like I owed them more money, lol. To make a long story short ask for Paul, you will not regret it I promise!

This past weekend I spent over $500 at 3 locations but when I went to exchange 1 item, with receipt, at this location for the right sized item, the manager, Chris gave me the hardest time. I bought the same item at a different location and it was on sale at that store but not at his. I explained that they didn't have the size I needed and asked if he could overide the system as a manager. He said he could but he wasn't going to because his manager wouldn't approve and he didn't want to explain why. I told him I didn't think any savvy business person would be be upset at losing $10 over $500 in profits, especially in the intetest of customer satisfaction. He disagreed and refused the exchange. Being a manager myself and proponent of customer service, I thought this was ridiculous and so I reached out to his regional manager Shawn, who still has not contacted me back. It's been 4 days. It' clear to me neither manager values their customers or understands business very well if they think that losing $500 in sales is worth a $10 difference! This was my first time shopping at this chain and is definitely my last. I will be returning everything I purchased immediately.

Unreliable and unprofessional customer service. My order was sent to the wrong address, upon reaching out to them, the response I got was they cannot do anything about it, when they are the only one who can change the customer address through the shipping company since they are the sender. Beware of buying from this store.

Very friendly and helpful staff, better than the one on Grand River and 6 mile their customer service is horrible. I got my shoes here and I'll be back.

The cashier is walking around like a dime piece at the club, she was just rolling her eyes and neck at me like I did something to her in the past. She did break her neck for the attention of a couple of men that were in there thou, too bad they didn't buy anything and I came in to purchase 4 pair of shoes and because of that attitude, to my money to the 8 mile location. There was an older gentlemen putting clothes on hangers to display, he had the friendliest attitude, please tell me why he wasn't at the register, he spoke to everyone that walked in the store rather they looked like a baller or not. Looks will fool ya, just like ole girl had to find out the hard way.
