I told the gas station clerk multiple times that I was trying to use my Kroger points after watching the system decline my number he cashed me out and lied and said the points would still reflect outside before I pumped. Never did. Terrible!

This gas station is ripping ppl off I selected regular gas which is 3.79 but they charged me 4.89 for regular gas and once I said something to the clerk about it he laughed it off and said you’re smart and told me to dispute it on my card because he can’t refund gas that’s already been pumped so be aware they are charging you an extra 1.10 per gallon

I was unable to get my complete amount of gas because of the dysfunctioning gas pump. I tried to get help no one help me they kept saying you'll get your money back on your card. The Southfield Police were called on me and I never did get the full amount of gas from the gas pump nor the amount that I had paid for. Just sharing my experience.

Gas is always high in this area. It's not just the Shell gas station here. Been like that for at least 10 years. In any case, the inside looks better than the outside. The employees are pretty good and are cool. Store is usually stocked decently. Ice is fresh. They also have really good chicken and fries made fresh to order. Cheech's Chicken I think it's called. As a big plus, they also have a bitcoin machine here along with the lottery machine and atm. They are open 24 hours. It's a good gas station. Had to knock off a star for the high gas though.

This is my favorite restaurant in Southfield. The catfish is great but lord have mercy do you smell like gas station fish after. Worth it!
