I called to make an appointment to look at a vehicle I was interested in, but spoke with Tom. I asked do you finance out of state, he said he didn't think so but would check and call me back 20 mins later. No call back, so I called again and this time I got Larry. Same question, only he said yes we do. He made my appointment for 2:30-3pm. I live 2hrs and 45 mins away (I'm in Ohio). He texted and told me to send him my license. 2 hrs and 15 minutes into my drive there he texted: "Hi Erika, so now to my knowledge after speaking with my manager, we do not do out of state finance deals. So we would not be able to sell you the car"
It would've been nice to get that information ahead of time from Tom (originally) and Larry. I was given conflicting and erroneous information and gas prices are astronomically high for unnecessary driving. I'm not happy and would not recommend anyone to this dealership.

Nathan is great! I just told him what I was looking for, along with my price range and he made it happen for me! Nathan provides great Customer Service and is very knowledgeable. This is my third vehicle I leased with Nathan's help and my experience has been phenomenal all three times!

I had good experience with the Service center here. Got my car back in 2 days with problem fixed.
UPDATE Aug 2024: Service center experience was great but I recently leased a car from this dealership and had a very frustrating and stressful experience. Initially, I informed the salesman that I would try to get a GM discount code. My lease pricing was quoted based on this discount. However, when I returned to the dealership a few days later, I clearly told the salesman that I could not find a code. Despite this, the salesman went ahead and sold me the car, applying the GM discount, even though I didn’t have the code.
A few days later, the salesman called and insisted that I provide the GM discount code. He and the manager threatened that if I didn’t, I would have to pay an additional $1,000 or they wouldn’t give me my registration and plates. I spoke with the manager, explaining that I had informed the salesman upfront that I didn’t have a code. The salesman never mentioned a 7-day rule for providing a code, and I was under the impression that they were honoring the discounted price without a code due to my honesty.
By the sixth day, I was extremely stressed and urgently needed to find a code. Despite my pleas, the manager kept siding with the salesman and refused to provide any written proof that I would owe them $1,000 if I didn’t provide the code. This lack of transparency and poor communication made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful.
I ended up finding a code just in time, but the whole process was extremely unpleasant. The dealership was not honest or clear from the beginning. If they had communicated the requirement of the code and the 7-day rule upfront, I would have waited to lease the car until I had the code. I was not in a hurry for a new car, and this felt almost like a bait-and-switch tactic.
Overall, my experience was highly stressful and left me feeling deceived. I would not recommend this dealership to others, as they were not transparent or upfront about their requirements and policies.

Check out the latest promotions too. In addition to new cars Serra seemed to have a lot of demos on hand, if that's what you like.
