This sams club efficiency is TERRIBLE , 1 Cashier for a entire store, people with 75 items holding up the quick self checkout lanes when they should be at a register.....and the line to get your receipt checked to leave is way back towards the vitamins......and the gas lines even worse...COSCTO can have 300 cars in line and only take 5 mins , sams club have 50 cars and it takes 25 mins

I'm sure because this location is serving a lot of Detroit residents that's the reason why it's so poorly ran. From employees not being aware of the store and the products that are carried to the checkout being unnecessary long this is my first and last time and I will not be returning to this location. I'll continue to make the drive out to Madison Heights.Edit: I utilized the Scan amd Go feature through the app and getting out the building was still a lengthy process. Scan and Go means just that. Not Scan and wait in a line to get out which completely defeats the purpose.

On Saturday 1/26 I went to Sam’s Club at 7:25. The sign said it open for plus members the store opens at 7:00 am I was there at 7:25 am. The women that was there this morning is the most rudest and the most ignorant women I ever came in contact with. I am switching to Costco. One they all have poor customer service and is poor representation to Sam’s Club. This was at the 8 mile store. The one with the red curly wig on had the nerve to tell me I should read. One I can read. The other one the brown wig came out to smoke her a cigarette. I could have been a undercover boss, customer service is very important to keep your customers

This is a poorly managed store. There is always only one cash register open, which contributes to the long lines. Moreover, I have seen staff standing around and conversing with one another instead of opening another cash register, and there are some items that are not available on many occasions when I have visited this location. For these reasons, I will no longer patronize this store. Instead, I will shop at the Wixom location because it is cleaner, well-managed , well-stocked and is concerned about the consumers.

Sam's Club is cool.I have no complaints.It does what its supposed to do.I enjoy shopping in bulk.It simplifies things for me.Doesn't it for you? OR do you have a really small family and enjoy cooking all the time?

This place is horrible. Closest location to my house but I don't shop there. My wife wanted something & I went with her once or twice & it was still bad. Long lines, police always out front. Feels like combat shopping. Are we in the "Hunger Games?" Imagine to my surprise waking up to a charge on my credit card. I google the store number & what pops up? You guessed it, this location. How when I don't shop there. Would never go there & generally hate it. I froze my account so fast. I haven't been to any unusual places using my card but apparently crooks work overtime to steal so be warned. Monitor your accounts religiously!

Store is to crowded the parking lots to jammed up the people be getting the gas it interfere with the flow of traffic with no organization they need help and a better navigating for a greater environment for all.

I was in Sam Club in Southfield Mi. Yesterday and it was terrible. The line going out the door was way a cross the store. They only had one person checking the baskets going out. They need to do away with self check out if they think people are stealing. I think it has to do with mostly black people shop there. It reminded me of the 1960s. I wonder if they do this in the white areas. They want our money but they don’t want to treat us right.

I did the curbside pickup and I was unable to pick my things up on the day and time I chose, but little did I know I had until the following day Same-time before they would cancel my order. It was there and ready for them to bring it out to me, without an extra charge. So grateful

I’ve currently been waiting 30 minutes for my pickup order with my two month old in the car. There are at least six other cars waiting, and I haven’t seen a worker since I parked. Go to any other location if you can.
