Sams club in Southfield is beyond chaotic, unorganized, depleted, understaffed long lines, and unprofessional. They outsource their delivery services to Walmarts and the deliveries are not making it's way to the customers nor back to the store. You can't call them, because Sams Club doesn't answer their phone so you're forced to go up there angry and to hear a Manager say, "everybody is starting to complain about their delivery" is beyond pathetic. You all don't care that the delivery drivers are canceling Customers orders at the end of the day, and reporting them as delivered??. they are literally stealing customers groceries!!!. Terrible customer service, terrible Management, Never going back to the one on 8 mile in Southfield ever never again in my life!

Kudos to the Sam's associate that works in the tire department. I asked for my tire to be inspected because I thought I had a slow leak. My tire was checked, and I was informed that my rim had a buildup on it that was causing the air to leak from my tire. The rim was cleaned absolutely free!

Now from all the check-ins I have done, Sams will continue to have the best prices for gas, in my humble and not so humble opinion. Now the gas station section will have long lines snaking out from every which direction. You may hear horns beeping and some people jumping Infront of others just to find out its only one pump working on that side. Practice patience when you come here. This location is usually busy. I try to get in and get out quickly. The pharmacy dept is quick, friendly and efficient. Like with all the Sams Stores you will have a wide variety of good and service you can purchase. You can also get hot food to take home. Keep in mind each Sams has its own vibe. I will be back.

Only one register open in customer service. It was 2 employees but only one register. When I asked why was this after waiting for quite some time I was told corporate said they where going to get them another register. Corporate please help this location. I have never seen this at any other location. Your 8 mile customers should be valued too.

The staff always goes above and beyond. Even understaffed and being treated so poorly by the other members they still worked very hard and kept smiling. I love this store and all the staff especially the cashiers and all the ones on green.

Although the workers were extremely nice, cordial and etc... the customers were acting a fool! One lady loud and obnoxious because it was a little warm in the building. The worker tried to speak kindly to her but she was nuts! The worker should be commended!

When I go to this Sam's club I always enjoy myself have really no issues here but today I experience an issue as far as getting help to load my vehicle and the lady at the exit was very unprofessional and overlook me for 5 minutes until I have to call the manager to get help. I told the manager that I asked the courtesy person that I needed help loading this in my car she called someone but they never showed up next I went up to her and asked her did she know how long it was going to be and she called someone again finally someone showed up 10 minutes later and I thought it was for me to get help but clearly the courtesy lady overlook me and gave my help to someone else I was very frustrated and unhappy with this service so that's why I called a manager to find out what is going on with getting help loading my car!

Able to get in and out pretty quick but stock was still pretty low and some items were completely out.
