Outdated decor and it's just tacky. Ms. Jackie applies too much heat and will burn your scalp and hair. If you're trying to grow your hair, don't go there. She will trim and cut your hair weekly rather than wait 4-6 weeks as routinely recommended. She charges way too much money for her services and acts pretty self-important which is annoying. She gossips too much which is also annoying.

This place is amazing! From the second I walked in I was in awe at how huge this salon was and how clean it is. My stylist was super attentive to what I wanted and it didn’t take all day to color cut and style my hair. I was in and out in less that three hours, the last salon I was at to get the same thing took a full day and I had to come back two times for them to get it right.

I have been going to Salon Jacqueline's for over 10 years. While the wait is over the top sometimes, Ms Jackie is worth the wait. She can do my hair like no other stylist I've encountered. I have yet to be disappointed with my final outcome. The salon was remodels several years ago and is beautiful. The people are fun. Covid has put us all outside of our comfort zone but I felt completely protected during my visit yesterday. Everyone in the salon wore masks, the cleaned and sanitized very station and shampoo bowls. I've become a germ-a-phob so I watch carefully for process and procedures. I will keep coming back (by the way, when I moved to Chicago, I drove in once a month and now that I live in Florida, fly in (not quite so often). Hats off Ms Jackie.
