Just left the store, the older clerk was rude. Walked in at 7:52, knew what I wanted, and went to check out. Said hello, she didn’t respond, and rudely told the nice lady who checks me out to lock the door. This was at 7:55. Won’t be back.

First of all this location states that it opens at 9 o’clock so at 9:15 I go the door is locked she tells me it doesn’t open until 930 the shelves are bare they have no Products In stock and the employees don’t care about anything they have terrible attitudes

Absolutely the most RUDE sales clerk. We called to see if they specifically had a silk bonnet for a cancer patient and we were told to ‘come in and look for ourselves’ (we are not close to this place) I know retail can busy work but not on a Tuesday morning before noon. The attitude and horrible customer service makes me realize WHY the company itself is closing half its stores. Shameful.

I went to this location to purchase hair color and I noticed ion had bleach at a reasonable price about $12 so I proceeded to check out and Diane the manager with red hair assisted me in checking out however the price came up to $23 and I let her know the shelf does not have said price!! She was not helpful!! Did not respond to any of my concerns!!! Did not honor price on shelf!! As a professional I am upset to have received this type of customer service Especially being a loyal Sally customer!! This should be addressed ASAP!!!

This beauty supply was a pleasant experience. I was greeted with courtesy upon entrance. The Mgr offered to assist me and showed me around. When supplies were limited for what I was looking for, she gave me time to look around the store to search for my needs. Her client specialist came to assist and answered my questions to which shampoo product was best suited for wimen of color. I was very pleased with purchases I made and the nail care products I was in need of. No crowds and eye appealing decor to the store designs. I received an offer to return the product for refund if I didn't like my product after I've used it. That was a very great selling point to invite your customers to come back and they will make every offer to satisfy your needs??.

Prior to the shutdown, I always had a good experience at this location. Did they change ownership? I went in last week and almost left in tears. I felt like I needed to be a different color or younger in order for some better customer service. I was greeted by one associate like my questions were a hassle. She gave me one word responses and pointed to where I should go. Someone always walks me to an area and continues to help...and she wasn't confined to the register. She ended up doing some stuff in a neighboring aisle. Thanks. Then there was the greeting I got when I went to the register from another associate. As soon as I got to the register, she decided to start counting money instead of cash me out...in the middle of the day. No acknowledgment, not even an index finger in the air motioning like "one second" while she was counting. I have had tons of customer service jobs. You greet the customer in even the slightest way if you are doing something like this. When she was finished there was no "thank for you waiting" or "sorry". I stood there for a good sixty seconds waiting awkwardly. That is a long time when a person who knows you are there is right in front of you counting money. When I made my purchase, I said "Thank you" and she said "Sure". What the hell? Just five minutes before, she was chatting it up and so helpful and grateful to another customer. I can't help but think it's because I was an older and "appearing" to be Caucasian woman that led to just "blah" treatment. I live down the street and this location will never see my business again due to their lack of customer service. Too bad. I might as well own a Sally Beauty that is how much money and time I invest in the company.

I haven’t colored my own hair in over ten years so I definitely needed guidance....the woman that helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful! I was in and out with everything I needed. Will definitely come back

I went there this morning to pick up some bleach and color. Unfortunately I did not get the lady’s name who helped me, she had short red hair. But she was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend this location! Thank you for your service.
